Very Nice and kind person. I really recommand this place if you dont have a painful back ( the bed is à bit old but nothing really bad) 😉

The apartment is very well maintained, with attention to detail and the host's attention to guests. It's in an excellent location with a view of the sea (which is just across the street). Every comfort is available: Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave, kettle, and espresso machine (including pods and tea bags).
The only drawback is that it's located on the 5th floor without an elevator, but it's still worth it.

A welcoming home with attention to every detail. The host's loving care is evident in many details, such as always leaving a bottle of water, oil, salt, coffee, sugar, detergent, etc.
Small details that help you feel at home. Plus, he's kind enough to point you in the direction of tons of tourist and food tips! Thanks again! The view from the apartment is unique! Sleeping with the sound of the sea is priceless.
Unfortunately, there are five flights of stairs, which are noticeable, and for those who aren't very fit, it's not easy. It's a shame that the age of some of the buildings precludes these wonders from being accessible to people with disabilities.
The street below the house is certainly not quiet, being a main thoroughfare. But since it has air conditioning, if the noise bothers you, just turn it on or close the bedroom window and leave the other windows open, as the air circulates very well.

A great apartment for two with a sea view!
3-minute walk to the beach, 3-minute walk to the Andrea Doria restaurant/pizzeria (recommended). A couple of minutes to the bus stop, 7 minutes' walk to the Pegli train station.
Good shower, hairdryer, coffee machine, all necessary utensils, washing machine, air conditioning, TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.).
The only drawback is that the 5th floor has no elevator, making it unsuitable for people with disabilities.

A little gem overlooking the sea in the center of Pegli. The apartment is very well-maintained. The owners' attention to detail and passion for their profession are evident. An excellent choice for a romantic getaway.
