Excellent helpful staff, great breakfast, good location for intercity hopping

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours. Also the breakfast time were very nice, polite and kind! Greetings to Barbara and all other member of team.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is chargeable.

The hotel is good rooms are but so big, ok view toward the city. Staff were very good and helpful especially Carlos he was so helpful and kind. Aminities were ok relatively not bad. Breakfast was ok, not the best but do the need. Although i did not find much difficulties to find a parking, the availability was limited and i beleive it will be hard to park during the rush time. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Amazing familg stay Excellent in all aspects. Cant rate this holiday village highly enough. Definite 10 out of 10 all round. All staff amazing. Room spacious. Restaurant exceptional Pool fantastic. Had an amazing and relaxing family stay. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to go back jn the future.

Overall it was nice We had a good stay

The breakfast is not diverse and does not take into account the eating habits of Asians. In addition, the room was not cleaned carefully and the wet bath towels were not changed. The sports ground is relatively far away, and the projects are not suitable for very young children. The store opening hours are also short and the items are few.

We really enjoyed our stay in Loano. Clean swimming pools, jacuzzi bath included.

A bit disappointed... In principle nice resort but it really needs renovation. Nothing has changed to the better last 5 years (at least). Especially sports facilities are outdated - tennis court not even open which was very disappointing. Loano city is as always fantastic but Loano2village needs to step up.

Normal hotel, nothing exceptional

The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.

Very basic hotel, just for those who are looking for a sleep. Only 2 elevators for this high building hotel and the day that I was there the one of the elevators were broken. I had to wait minimum 10 minutes to be able to use it. They didn't provide iron and board in the rooms their is a common one next to the reception. I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things. The lifts didn't work all the time and you must to past at dhe workers lifts. The wifi didn't work all the time. NH Marina is the best if you are looking for the experiences "Harborview" I stayed one night and my room comes with balcone with harborview and city view . This is a first-rate hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is within walking distance for most locations of interest and near the train station and the Metro. Try to get a room on the second floor and toward the water end. The Customer Care personnel were a delight to work with -- especially Letizia Gianella.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was super convenient! The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from the train station, making it a good stopover if you're taking a cruise. The hotel is a bit old, but it does have two vintage elevators. The breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special, just your typical Western quick-service hotel breakfast.

Hotel was basic, but modern. Close to the railway station & coach stop, so ideal. If going to watch either Genoa or Sampdoria, a bus runs from 50 metres away from the hotel to the stadium. Check-in was fast & effcient.

This is definitely a budget hotel. The bed mattress was way too soft for me. Felt like just a big foam pad. Bathroom is very small but room was a good size. The best thing going for the hotel is the front desk staff. They were super friendly and helpful.

I've stayed in many hotels in Italy, but the Astoria is hands-down the best! The rooms are well-organized, fully equipped, and clean. The architecture is stunning, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. The staff is warm and attentive, and the service is exceptional. It's also conveniently located near the square. Very close to the bus station and main metro station. Staff were friendly and there are different activities happening inside hostel open space organised by the hostel such as karaoke. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommended.

This hotel was in a great location, everything was very nice, clean, staff was attentive and professional. The breakfast was amazing. I’m so glad I opted in for it. The options were tasty, fresh, and there were many healthy options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The mattress is hard, it's very noisy to sleep, you can hear the elevator. And the worst part is the air conditioner blows directly on the bed. It's close to the station. The breakfast is very average, the coffee is capsule-based.

Very nice property with a great breakfast and spa. The staff was very professional. Unfortunately, you could hear guests in the next room as if they were in ours.

This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. We are staying two nights before leaving on a Transatlantic cruise.

We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal. Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable! The service from the staff was great, they helped with a rental car and taxis and were very pleasant. The lobby area is inviting and the President Suite was large. The mattress is old with big dips in it, very bad for my back. There are mechanical shutters on all windows which is nice for keeping it dark in the morning. One of my favorite hotels ever. The way they combined modern style and comforts into this historic building while retaining it's history was truly impressive. Some reviews and travel guides will scare you about the old town neighborhood at night but we find the area around this hotel to be safe, quite, interesting, and beautiful. There are stairs from the entrance to the front desk, and they helped me with my luggage when I checked in, but they didn't help me with my luggage when I checked out. The man in charge of the restaurant was very kind. The older man at the front desk was unfriendly.
