Excellent helpful staff, great breakfast, good location for intercity hopping

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours. Also the breakfast time were very nice, polite and kind! Greetings to Barbara and all other member of team.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is chargeable.

The hotel is good rooms are but so big, ok view toward the city. Staff were very good and helpful especially Carlos he was so helpful and kind. Aminities were ok relatively not bad. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Amazing familg stay Excellent in all aspects. Cant rate this holiday village highly enough. Definite 10 out of 10 all round. All staff amazing. Room spacious. Restaurant exceptional Pool fantastic. The breakfast is not diverse and does not take into account the eating habits of Asians. In addition, the room was not cleaned carefully and the wet bath towels were not changed. The sports ground is relatively far away, and the projects are not suitable for very young children. The store opening hours are also short and the items are few.

We really enjoyed our stay in Loano. Clean swimming pools, jacuzzi bath included.

A bit disappointed... In principle nice resort but it really needs renovation. Nothing has changed to the better last 5 years (at least). Especially sports facilities are outdated - tennis court not even open which was very disappointing. Loano city is as always fantastic but Loano2village needs to step up.

Normal hotel, nothing exceptional

Very nice property with a great breakfast and spa. The staff was very professional. Unfortunately, you could hear guests in the next room as if they were in ours.

An outdated hotel desperately clinging to its former glory days. For the price its definitely not a 5 star accommodation. Very uncomfortable bed and many burnt out bulbs in the room. The pool which we were looking forward to was poorly maintained with large brown stains at the bottom of it and yellowing tiles. Would not recommend.

We had a wonderful week stay at the Royal sanremo hotel. We enjoyed the classic old charm of the hotel, the stunning view and heated swimming pool designed by gio ponti. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean while preserving the timeless atmosphere of an iconic hotel.

I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things. The lifts didn't work all the time and you must to past at dhe workers lifts. The wifi didn't work all the time. The location is very good right at the coast line but the road in between the hotel and the beach is pretty busy so even though you have a sea view room as we had you will be able to enjoy the sound of the sea only during night hours starting from around midnight till around 5 am. I’m a coach driver for a U.K. company. Brought a group to this hotel for 5 days. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, friendly welcoming staff who can not do enough for you! Panoramic Views. Beautiful views from the hill top position and we were grateful for the funicular lift to sea level. Our first room was poor and needed updating. We immediately asked to be moved which could not happen until the next day. The new room was excellent and worth the money.

The hotel is highly out dated and their parking options are highly inconvenient. All of the amenities are old and not well maintained. For being owned by the same company as the Grand Hotel Arenzano, this property really falls short in terms of upkeep and staff friendliness. Also, if you’re traveling with a kid in a stroller, this is definitely not the location for you.

A real gem near Genoa A very nice hotel with staff that are extremely helpful and friendly. They cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool and bar are fab and enjoy far reaching glorious views. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.

The air-conditioner didnt work and was not fixed until we complained. The instructions for parking was not provided which caused confusion and delay in check-in.

The room was clean, all shared areas clean. Close to the beach- like you can see it! This hotel should not advertise as having a pool! It is nothing more than a paddling pool; doesn’t come above the knee. 12 sun-beds and these are reserved by larger family’s so you can forget it. If I would have knew they didn’t actually have a swimming pool I would t have booked it.

The location is perfect centered & all the Staff were focused on Happy Guests. The Breakfast is The best huge Buffet we've ever had anywhere. The hotel is well located and with beautiful and well curated gardens but, to me, is totally missing of charm and style. It is not a grand dame and neither a contemporary decor. Only real negative was “noisy neighbours” in room next door…particularly late evenings and early morning.

Hotel Diano Marina was the last leg of our Leger Holiday. The hotel was very good, the rooms were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach front location was stunning. The only criticism was that the menu was limited and the portions were on the small side. If you didn't like what was on the menu then it was rather difficult to get something different.

If you dislike the sound of trains at night, make sure to book a room on the ocean side. I was on the ocean side, but, I could still hear the trains, it was not disturbing. We don't offer five stars often: It has to be special - and we do not want to overtourist these wonderful places. Mondial will propably not be overtouristed as it is too small - on top of a little hill, friendly staff (mostly), extremely rich breakfast, good prices. Nice design and convenient location. Noices from the other rooms and corridor were easily heard. Watch out if you are staying on a weekend. There was a loud party on the top floor with high noices all over the hotel. It did not stop until sometime after midnight.
