Excellent location, in the center of Sanremo in front of the Ariston theater. There is no parking. The room is spacious but it is above a pizzeria so it can be a bit crowded in the evening.

Top-notch service
Central location behind the Ariston Theatre

Hotel room located in the city center, with easy access to shops and the beach – no complaints about the location, you can walk everywhere without any problems. Based on the hotel photos, I expected better; upon arrival, I was in a completely different world – an old-fashioned place, a tiny elevator, no reception, and no one on my floor. You have to call and wait. The large air conditioner on the balcony wasn't too bothersome. The room was fairly clean. At night, you'll hear constant noise and shouting, but apart from that, the price was reasonable.

The only redeeming feature is the location, but it's still inconvenient if you're driving; the city center is completely walkable, so you might as well stay a bit further out and avoid walking with your luggage.

The room was practically empty, with no refrigerator, and especially no decent blanket; there was only a throw blanket on the bed. Not even a chair. Terrible noise all night; the windows are ridiculous, so you can hear every conversation from anyone passing by in the square; a motor (like a mega-fridge) was running almost all night right next to your ears; and the exhaust from some other apartment was backing up in our bathroom. Someone in the building took a shower at 6:30, and we had to get up.

What I did NOT like is that until you have made the reservation it does not say anywhere that if you are going to arrive later than 9pm you have to call the accommodation. What I DID like is that the guy came to greet us at 9.30pm to give us the door code and charge us the tourist tax. He also took a photo of our documentation...
The hotel is right in the centre, which is an advantage.
The worst thing is the parking in the area, it is practically necessary to use a car park even at night, outside of regulated parking hours.

Strategic location across from the Ariston Theatre. The room was basic, with a closet with no doors and a bathroom with no window. We found some hair in the sink, but otherwise the room was clean. We didn't have a view of the Ariston Theatre, but rather of a small street. Under the window was a roof full of debris, cigarettes, cans, and abandoned, dirty clothes. The access code is convenient, and they answer the phone 24/7 for any questions. The doors are always open, so anyone can access the hallway, including the rooms. From this perspective, it's unsafe, given that there's no reception. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a night.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of Sanremo, a stone's throw from the pedestrian streets and the Ariston Theater. It is on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, in the attic. The first impression is not the best because at the entrance to the guesthouse there are traces of unfinished renovation work (electrical wires and exposed rubble). The room assigned to us was small but functional, thankfully equipped with air conditioning. Fairly clean, if they would freshen up the walls the room would definitely go up a level, at the moment there are stains and dirt on the walls and it's not the best. Very thin walls, if the neighbors talk, slam the closet doors or the door, or take a shower, it seems like they are in the room. At night I could hear the neighbor snoring (sic). I would return to the property only for the excellent location and the honest price.

Small and clean room, with the bare necessities. We tried the convenience of being able to access the room only by code and without having to talk to someone. However, this sometimes allows some tenants to have an inappropriate attitude as this method is devoid of any control. Having to wake up in the middle of the night because of the music and noise from the neighbors in the room was not a nice experience at all (we had to ask for the music to be turned off twice, and this in the time slot between 03:30 and 04:00 in the morning). It's a shame because the room is also in a very good location.

Conveniently located for the center of Sanremo and the sea, these are the only two positive things. Camera far from what it looks like in the picture. Furniture dated and very badly maintained, carpet that is not considered dirty (full of stains and moldy in many places), bad bed linen, always stained and dirty, never perfumed, bathroom that cannot be considered dirty, small and with problems Waterworks. There is no wardrobe or even a small fridge (in summer it is the minimum) also because the living room is not given as a gift but in line with the prices of many other "normal" structures. I would not go there again. Too bad because for the position it has it could have great potential. The reception is still available, but it cannot work miracles.

Indecent sheets, pure toilet, no paper runs and gurgles in the sink
