Excellent location, great atmosphere, very friendly receptionist, free parking.

For the past three years i’ve been coming here with my school for the festival GEF. We’ve been treated so nicely here and the services are so nice. The rooms are clean and they get cleaned pretty much everyday if you want. I recommend this place because you can enjoy your vacation in this hotel if you are fine with staying in a place where it’s not that fancy but still pretty welcoming, nice and clean

The hotel is a standard three star hotel with a great location. The staff are nice and the food is good. Sometimes, they get extremely busy at breakfast when everyone wants to eat at the same time. We really enjoyed our stay at the « Hotel Villa Maria » . People keeping the place there are very nice. Breakfast in the garden is a pleasant moment with very good choice for an Italien breakfast. Worth it for the price. The room is clean, that’s near from the beach and central village. You just need to walk. The problem is parking. They not have parking so you need looking for parking around. This a budget hotel, so the expectations correspond to the level. We've stayed here several times over the years, not by choice, but because we were a tennis group playing at the club next door. Unlike many reviews read, the hotel met my expectations: room of adequate size as well as the bathroom. Both premises appeared clean and sanitized. In the room we also found water bottles, welcome dj chocolates and a coffee machine at our disposal included in the price. The only negative note was the breakfast: The products were not fresh, the choice was not very varied and the quality was poor.

Disappointing Contrary to the reviews I've seen online, the room is in a hotel, but it's not part of it... Furthermore, the room wasn't spotless. There was mold on all the joints in the shower room, the toilet flush didn't work very well, the toilet cover kept falling off... Holes were patched around the front door. In short, I won't be going back; it's a shame because the hotel is charming! Poor value...

Excellent hotel practically in the center, very convenient location. The atmosphere is slightly retro but very elegant, every space is very clean with an intense scent of fresh flowers. The staff is professional and nothing short of exquisite. Breakfast is excellent in a very nice room, the buffet offers a varied sweet and savory choice.

Charming and romantic hotel! The always fresh flowers in the entrance and the dining room, the exceptional breakfast! We stayed there for 8 nights and I must say that our vacation was wonderful, largely thanks to the staff ♥️ big crush! We will come back !! Dogs allowed and well treated ♥️

I booked a private room, with a double bed and its an ensuite bathroom. The room is nice and large enough, so you do not feel packed at all. The bed is large, with a fair enough good mattress. For this room, there is an ensuite bathroom that comes with a power shower, with hot water, a toilet. a bidet and a sink. All were clean. Towels are provided. No kitchen available for guests. There is neither...

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

Very well in line with the descriptions, except that you have to park in the underground car park, which is a 5-minute walk away because the hotel is in the middle of a pedestrian street. Please note that there is no breakfast. It's only to spend the night. No staff on site, you are really free. The personnel is very welcoming and a willing to help. Special cheers for the night guard who has been adorable with us, making sure we would find a place for dinner at 23.30... The hotel is retro but comfortable and the location very convenient.

It’s very bare. Very few amenities and it was difficult to get in and out of the property.

I spent one night only in this nice room with view on the street. A bit worn out (a few marks on the floor, some dents in the furniture and a bit of rust... ) but overall decent, clean and in an honestly excellent position. I liked the autonomous check-in procedure.

Two nights in Sanremo A nice hotel. Clean room, small but with all facilities and a good bathroom. A fully adequate hot and cold breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location between the railway station and the old city, walking distance to both. We found it to provide really good value in relation to the price paid.

Interesting hotel in odd building Even though I booked in advance they did not have the correct room, they gave us a family room instead. The breakfast was pleasant to much sweet cakes for my liking though. The parking was paid for but the space was in an alley behind an empty building, not safe or secure. The building entrance is a bit unassuming, but once you get to your floor, the rooms are clean and well-maintained! The property manager was very helpful!

The room was clean and had everything you needed. It's located right in the city center. One drawback is the lack of a parking space nearby, forcing you to use public parking, which can get quite expensive in the long run.

Place located in the center of Sanremo, a stone's throw from the sea and shops. The place is inside a building, on the second floor and with an elevator. Inside we were welcomed by Giuseppe, the owner of the guest house, he was very kind to wait for us at 12:30 to leave us the key. Really nice room, cozy and above all clean! There is a mini-fridge, air conditioning, TV, a wardrobe with extra pillows...

I strongly recommend - great place to stay in Sanremo. Location in the center of the city and near the beach. Rooms spacious, recently renewed and very clean (cleaning service every day). Owner very nice and very helpful - arranged guarded parking for my car.

For being a 1-star hotel it is very good. It is basic but clean. Host was friendly. Breakfast is quite nicely presented, albeit a bit sweet for us Swedes, but that is a matter of preference. Location is great. A downside is that smoking is allowed.

This was my second stay. Excellent location for beach and for shopping in the great market almost opposite. Very clean and high standards of hygiene. Katia gives a friendly welcome and even accepted post for me in advance of my stay! Very reasonable rates. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Stayed here for one night while passing through. One night was probably enough. Staff were very polite and helpful but the rooms are very tired looking and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Excellent location, in the center of Sanremo in front of the Ariston theater. There is no parking. The room is spacious but it is above a pizzeria so it can be a bit crowded in the evening.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of Sanremo, a stone's throw from the pedestrian streets and the Ariston Theater. It is on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, in the attic. The first impression is not the best because at the entrance to the guesthouse there are traces of unfinished renovation work (electrical wires and exposed rubble). Small and clean room, with the bare necessities. We tried the convenience of being able to access the room only by code and without having to talk to someone. However, this sometimes allows some tenants to have an inappropriate attitude as this method is devoid of any control. Having to wake up in the middle of the night because of the music and noise from the neighbors in the room was not a nice experience...

We stayed in a junior suite which is located in a building adjacent to the main hotel. The +s were a large room with seating area and good sized bathroom with walk in shower. The room felt clean and the bed was comfortable. Minus mainly location as our room overlooked a busy road which is part of a main square on the edge of the pedestrian zone. It's a small hotel in the center of San Remo. Across the road is bus station, only few meters behind the corner there is a famous San Remo theatre and the street which goes in the hart of town center. Clean, quite, good breakfast.
