Check in was delayed, the receptionist not friendly. Room was nice and tidy but lacked personality. Mini fridge empty. Roof terrace has a lot of potential but needs attention.

Nice location in front of the beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She always found good solutions to make our stay perfect. Nothing was a problem. Ice room.The staff in general was very friendly. Good breakfast, although not included.

Disappointing
Contrary to the reviews I've seen online, the room is in a hotel, but it's not part of it... Furthermore, the room wasn't spotless. There was mold on all the joints in the shower room, the toilet flush didn't work very well, the toilet cover kept falling off... Holes were patched around the front door. In short, I won't be going back; it's a shame because the hotel is charming! Poor value for money.

The perfect place for an overnight stay with views of charming San Remo with its palm lined coast. Lovely sheets, great shower and a fab breakfast with views in every direction. Great location for all the sights
