The room lacked basic amenities, most notably a refrigerator, and essential supplies were very limited (e.g., insufficient toilet paper and soap). Breakfast was disappointing and poorly balanced—mostly bread and sweets, with no cheese, boiled eggs, or vegetables. The selection felt minimal and overly focused on quick, low-effort options. I had communicated my dietary preferences in advance, but unfortunately, this was completely ignored. Overall, the service did not feel attentive or responsive to guest needs.

This is not a hotel, these are hospital rooms. One big disaster, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The rooms have extra beds, which are a disaster in the hospital, the beds are better. All the worst for this hotel.

Life-threatening room.
When I was showering, the water leaked through the wall and into the room on the other side, over an electrical outlet, and knocked out the power in the room. Extremely dangerous. I want a refund because I didn’t want to pay for a room that didn’t have a proper shower and was dangerous to stay in. But they refused.

Hotel Napoleon in Sanremo exceeded our expectations! The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the bar served delightful cocktails. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel’s sea view and proximity to the city center made our stay perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Napoleon. The sea views were stunning, and it was just a short walk to the Sanremo city center. The pool was refreshing, the bar had a great selection, and the staff were always welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!

Very nice and well-kept hotel, friendly staff and prepared a fantastic abundant breakfast. A stone’s throw from the beach of Sanremo, also the breakfast hall and common areas are very well kept. Advised, great experience here and among the various hotels we tried in Sanremo this is definitely the best!

Classy environment, very clean and with qualified, kind and very efficient staff; great food and seaside location. Also a big bonus was the swimming pool and the hotel’s restaurant with aperitivo. Amazing stay at Napoleon will definitely come back!

The pool was beautiful and there are many parking spots in the hotel garden. The cuisine is excellent and varied and the guys in the dining room are very kind and ready to satisfy every request. Recommended

We were a large family of 5 including two children. At the reception, we were surprised by the knowledge of the ladies at the reception, who speak English very well. We felt at home in this hotel. Every day at breakfast two lovely ladies asked us if we wanted anything else in addition to breakfast, which was still very rich. The garden in front of the hotel is the perfect place to relax and take a break from the scorching sun and there also is a beautiful pool. The cleaning ladies take care of the guest’s comfort every day and clean the room properly. In conclusion, this hotel has a family atmosphere and you cannot feel like a stranger or unnoticed. I recommend this hotel :)
