Absolute Nightmare: Stay Away from This Hotel!**

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff was incredibly rude and couldn’t speak a word of Italian or English, making communication impossible. It felt like they didn’t care about their guests at all.

The room was disgusting, reeking of an awful smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was even worse—nothing worked. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the sink was clogged, and the shower barely trickled water. When we asked to change rooms, they flat-out refused, leaving us trapped in this unbearable situation.

To top it all off, the staff decided to have a loud, aggressive argument right outside our door at 1 AM. It was shocking and completely unprofessional. We tried to resolve the issues with management, but they refused to give us a refund, leaving us out of pocket for a stay that was nothing short of a nightmare.

Save yourself the misery and avoid this place at all costs. It's the worst hotel experience we've ever had, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Staff were rude. Beds are uncomfortable. One bunkbed is in the corridor, the kitchen area has two double beds and the bed room has 2 small bunkbeds. This wasnt clear at all when we booked. The place was clean and nicely furnished, plus it had a balcony (no view though).

A real dump. We found bugs in our luggage afterwards. Coincidents?
