Place located in the center of Sanremo, a stone's throw from the sea and shops.
The place is inside a building, on the second floor and with an elevator.
Inside we were welcomed by Giuseppe, the owner of the guest house, he was very kind to wait for us at 12:30 to leave us the key.
Really nice room, cozy and above all clean!
There is a mini-fridge, air conditioning, TV, a wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets and much more.
Clean bathroom and complete with everything.
Impeccable quality-price ratio.
I recommend it to everyone.

I strongly recommend - great place to stay in Sanremo. Location in the center of the city and near the beach. Rooms spacious, recently renewed and very clean (cleaning service every day). Owner very nice and very helpful - arranged guarded parking for my car.

Due to a problem we had to delay our arrival arriving in Sanremo at 10 pm. However, the structure did not show any flexibility with respect to the maximum limit for check-in indicated on the site, nor was it possible to indicate alternative solutions to recover. the keys (for example, indicating where to pick them up). Of course, the cancellation was no longer refundable and, therefore, the structure collected the entire amount while we were forced to find and pay for another accommodation.
When booking, consider that the unjustified inflexibility of the structure could cost you in case of unforeseen events.

Very friendly and helpful host, neat clean room, big spacious comfortable bed, close to everything, restaurants, grocery shops, beaches. Great value for a place to rest while visiting the sea.

I called the hotel in the afternoon to ask if it was possible to do a late check-in and the guy did not understand me and told me someone will call me back. A woman called me a couple of jours later and said it was not possible and she was angry because I made a reservation (which I did not). They called me a couple of times, and shout at me in English and Italian will never go here.

Room was clean, nice, air-conditioned, tv, wi-fi, little fridge, close to the centre (within few hundred meters), close to the public beach, where you can enjoy warm Mediterranean sea!:)
