BED BUGS DONT RENT!!! The most horrible experience I ever had with renting a place was at Sakura Inn, San Remo. After coming in from a long turisting day I went to bed without knowing that I would wake up with itches and bedbugs plus flees on my body. Looking in the bed I saw it was full of hair of other people and stains of blood on all sheets. I looked at the other beds and also there I saw they hadn't changed sheets. After talking to them they refused refund and offered me another room for the second night. Of course I don't want to stay there EVER again. Also HOTELS.com didn't do anything about. WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE AND FOR HOTELS.COM AS THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU ALTHOUGH YOU WOULD DESERVE IT!!!!

Excellent location in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and the sea.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately a found three issues regarding my reservation
Picture of the place is not real, it's from somewhere else,very deceiving
Phone number provided doesn't exist
The stairs leading to the bathroom is too high and dangerous to claim specialy during night trip

BED BUGS DONT RENT HERE
BED BUGS and FLEES, stains of blood on the sheets and full of hair. Not cleaned rooms nor changed bed linens makes it one of my worst experience I had renting an apartment. I wont go in on other details like they hardly give any soap (enough to clean one leg as most). I found hair in both beds. And stains of blood also. My skin got marks and rashes, my head / hair itches as my body DONT RENT THIS PLACE

The building entrance is a bit unassuming, but once you get to your floor, the rooms are clean and well-maintained!

Horrible. Ice cold water. Cold room. Bathroom with an alligator in the pipe. Broken sink. Noisy room. Room without blinds. Old and outdated. Absolutely avoid. Shameful. No refund. Only a midnight offer to leave and move to another facility 50 meters away. What a shame. With an elderly lady.

A catastrophe.
Proposal to change rooms at midnight to go out 50 meters away with an elderly lady; an indecent proposal.
I request either a refund or a voucher to be used at one of your facilities, if possible, which are normal and welcoming, to be used by January 31st.
If my requests are not met, action will be taken and I will contact the appropriate authorities.

The room was clean and had everything you needed. It's located right in the city center. One drawback is the lack of a parking space nearby, forcing you to use public parking, which can get quite expensive in the long run.

Location in the very center on a narrow pedestrian street! Everything is nearby. 10 minutes walk to the sea. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is a refrigerator, the air conditioning worked great. Excellent staff available via WhatsApp. In general, a great option to live right in the center of San Remo!

hotel very well located, we slept very well in the center of everything, the air conditioning works well good fridge to put bottles in it good decor not great but there is still the necessary comfort for the price nothing to say
