This hotel is on a side street, very close to the rail station - There is a long flight of 4” terraced steps, but it is not difficult to go down or come back up

Best breakfast I've had during my stay in Italy. The fresh fruits & hot chocolate were simply divine. And Emanuel of the front desk was so helpful in giving directions & tips during our stay in Como.

Lovely boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Generous room and comfortable bed. Being an old building the walls between the rooms are very thin.

The decor features a classic European style. The location is excellent, very close to the lake, and there's a large supermarket nearby, although the facilities are rather old.

The room was clean. Rooms facing the street were quite noisy. The receptionist was very helpful and provided helpful information.

It's very close to the train station, just a few minutes away, making it convenient to get to the next stop. The room was just right. It was the first hotel I stayed at in Italy. There was a small communication problem, but Ctrip quickly helped resolve it. The breakfast was delicious.

The front desk clerks were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our shower flooding, which was not resolved due to the holiday schedule. Made it very inconvenient for bathroom time. Also, the air conditioning seemed to not be cooling our room. Breakfast a d staff were great. Location was great.
