Yes the room and staff were good

The Hotel Continental was a nice place to stay. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The include included breakfast was excellent. I found the location to be good for walking to the city center.

The staff were friendly everywhere, from the check-in process to the dining. I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.

Nice place with a few minor hiccups.
Very comfy, nice breakfast, friendly staff. However, I did not like the fact that plastic cups were in the room instead of real glass. I refuse to drink from plastic, I would even prefer paper cups. To not offer real glasses to drink from just seems so cheap. Also, no basic kettle to heat water just the nespresso machine(which I always find so overrated), so I had to actually walk down to the lobby for hot water just to make myself a cup of tea. I always carry my own supply. It seemed like an annoying procedure when nearly every hotel from the Brunellesci in Milan to a guesthouse in Thailand provides a kettle.

OK hotel, nothing special, OK location, good pizzeria, decent breakfast. Hallways are dark, and the listing states that parking is across the street. Actually, more like 300 to 350 m away. A serious problem if you have heavy bags. No loading zone in front of the hotel.

The room was very cold…poor heating. It is not acceptable in a cold city to have a poor heating.

I was able to use the gym during my stay. I injured my finger on the shower hose, but they were kind enough to lend me first aid.

+ Posizione, Servizio, Pulizia, Rapporto qualità-prezzo risaltano tutti come molto positivi.
- non chiarezza sul parcheggio: c'è un ampio parcheggio pubblico e gratuito molto vicino, mentre avevo capito ce ne fosse uno riservato all'hotel, e per chiedere informazioni davanti all'hotel non c'era spazio per sostare momentaneamente, quindi son dovuto scendere in doppia fila sotto alla pioggia, solo per capire dove poter parcheggiare... basterebeb solo essere più chiari. per il resto tutto perfetto.
