Super hotel overlooking Lake Iseo. The location makes this hotel. Yes, it's a little bit dated but very clean, lovely bed & linen. Breakfast is amazing, huge choice. Very friendly staff. Request a balcony over looking the lake. Would definitely stay here if we came again.

Rooms bit old fashioned by big balcony with lovely views of the Lake - charming, helpfull staff and a very decent breakfast which you can have outside - highly recommended 👍👍

The room was very clean and spacious—perfect for a couple.
The hotel appears a bit old, but it has been renovated to feel more modern.
Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.
Having breakfast on the terrace was a peaceful and relaxing way to start the day.

However, the location and the instructions provided by the hotel weren’t clear enough for us to find the drop-off spot and unload our luggage easily.
Also, it was surprisingly difficult to locate the switch for the bedside light—it was hidden behind a pillow.

The hotel’s service is great but there is a security problem. I got a fraudulent message twice before and after my stay regarding payment. I hope our personal information was not stolen.

Every time we return to this lovely hotel we feel like family. This make us feel so welcome when we are recognized. Patricia, you are so sweet and helpful. The room we had on upper floor is renovated. The only thing we would like is a softer bed and a bigger shower, but for a few days that is ok.

Very good pre-arrival communication regarding parking even though it wasn't very convenient having to park a distance away and then trail through the street with your luggage. Fortunately we only had hand luggage. The hotel itself was in a great position with views of the lake and the harbour side for the ferry and for the streets of the old town. The room had good views and itself provided all the amenities we required however could do with some modernisation. Breakfast was typical italian buffet which was quite adequate and could be eaten inside or outside overlooking the square.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff and very good breakfast. Location is just in 2 steps to the ferry. Our room was very small, but clean and had everything we needed as a base to travel around lake Iseo.

We chose this hotel because it's right in the centre of town and close to all amenities and restaurants. The downside of that is that you have to take your luggage down the street as taxis can't come right by the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the balcony had a great view overlooking the lake. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was ok although on the last morning a group of cyclists polished off the buffet leaving little for the rest of us!

Excellent newly renovated hotel with a wonderful staff and employees. Rooms with a nice view of the harbour. Breakfast had what you needed. I recommend to have lunch and dinner there in the nice outdoor area and watch people and dogs passing by. The surroundings are beautiful by the lake surrounded by mountains. Especially from May until October when the flowers are blooming.

Iseo would be a charming location without... its city police. The hotel was very nice and the staff really friendly, and we had a nice experience last August there. But, after having returned home, we got a fine from the polizia comunale. It's a pity that you cannot drive to the hotel , even to drop your luggage, without being fined. If you don't like fines, you have to pull your luggage through the all the city center. That's what we experienced. They have also a so called PTZ (ununderstandable for foreign citizens as we are) which seems to be a forbidden zone. So better avoid ISEO.
