Suited our needs for our visit as we had hired a car
Rooms were a good size
Breakfast was good a typical Italian one
Location out of town so was quiet
Bus route was 1 and hour so not the greatest
Food in restaurant Saturday night was excellent
Closed Sunday nights tho

Days in a row they had expired products for breakfast. Room full of dust even after cleaning

BEWARE!!!!
This hotel is not what it looks like. This is not the level of a 4* hotel. Should be max 2-3* Smells from age and dirt. Annoyed staff prety much incompetent especially in F&B. Full of cheap solution. Fotos on their site and on booking websites are manipulatad. The reality is way worse.

The hotel room is large and the surrounding environment is good. There is a Mingqiao River Park nearby which is very natural and ecological. You can take a walk in the morning and evening. It's just that it's too close to the main road. There are a lot of cars in the morning and evening. It will be very noisy if the windows of the rooms facing the street are opened.

Excellent hotel a short distance from Mantua.
Check-in/out both super efficient and friendly, good sized room with comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, staff were continuously checking and replenishing when required. They were also more then happy to make espresso, cappuccino etc rather than use the automated machine.
Everywhere was very clean, the pool and surrounding area looked lovely.
We will definitely stay here again and next time for more than just the one night.
Oh I should also add they made a tremendous fuss of our Border Collie Charlie

Hotel not far by car from city center of Mantova. With parking and al services needed specially for business travelers. There is a restaurant on first floor
