Very Disappointing – Poor Service & Stolen Items
We stayed at Brera Apartments (Via San Marco 16) and had a terrible experience. We arrived at 12:10 AM (they knew our arrival time) but no one was there to help us check in. No contact or assistance during our entire stay—except a message on check-out day.
We stored our luggage at their office (Via dell'Annunciata 23/1) before our flight, and when we got to the airport, we discovered that items were stolen from our bags—including some meant for tax-free processing. Absolutely unacceptable.
Do not recommend. Poor service and zero security.

The property was very clean and quiet. 25 min walk to Milano Centrale, the Duomo and Castello. Numerous restaurants nearby.

Very bad experience. Due to air controllers strike i arrived late at night and they refused me to check in. Even if i call them 6 hours before to try to find some solution fir the keys stuff was unhelpfull, insensible and didn't care. I was told to go stay at some friends house(?!) and to demand refund from the air company. Certainly the flat must be beautifull, but service is totally absent. They left me on the street and took their money.

Best hotel experience of our trip to Italy. Great management, very friendly and helpful to my family’s needs. Made our visit to Milan even more special. The location is walkable or a short cab ride from historic sites. Neighborhood is vibrant and fun with great restaurant options too.

This accommodation in Vis San Fermo 1 is actually as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Very high-end comfort in a trendy, yet quiet area. As a family with three children, we really enjoyed being able to get everywhere from the apartment. There were suitable restaurants and shops all around the corner and the cathedral is just 20 minutes away on foot. The apartment has excellent air conditioning, as we arrived at around 33-35° in midsummer and were able to cool down accordingly. The check-in with the super friendly staff went extremely well, they took enough time and a slightly later check-out was also possible after asking. I would still like to highlight the free luggage storage on the day of departure! This is a relaxed way to go on a city trip in Milan! 1 with ⭐️

Our stay in this Milan apartment was fantastic. The service was amazing and the staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. We loved the free locker option. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, and the location is just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall it was amazing experience!! We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Milan.

1 bedroom, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It is very large and comfortable for three people. It is very convenient to go to the subway station and Chinatown. There is a pizza shop with good ratings not far downstairs.
