Checking in was a bit confusing! The key kept erroring out, but they responded immediately via WhatsApp. However, since everything is handled remotely when there's no one at the reception, it might be a bit disorienting at first.

That said, they upgraded my room, which made for a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much!

Be very careful in Milan; I nearly got pickpocketed. While the hotel's proximity to the station is convenient, the area around the hotel isn't very safe, so please be cautious.

Great communication. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with complimentary coffee. Excellent location right by the metro and central station.

Walking distance to Milano Centrale, very convenient and staffs were being very friendly. Highly recommended. The main entry will require travelers to pay attention as it’s only have a small sign / sticker on the door

Clean and tidy . Staff friendly and informative. Extremely close to the train station.

The room con was perfect. The only problem was the contactless check-in, which almost required playing an escape room game. The hotel is on the fourth floor and has no elevator. Because it's contactless, there's no luggage storage. There's also an additional €8.30 per person tourist tax and luggage storage fees.

Attention! Contact hotel before coming, they will send you directions and instructions by WhatsApp then it will be very easy to find and check in. There is no standard hotel reception but you do not need it. Very easy and convenient.

Hotel has a perfect location. Its only 10 minutes walk from Lima metro station ( red line M1), same line with Duomo and RHO ( Salon De mobile exhibition).

Room is very clean. Looks like it is just after renovation. All equipment is new. Comfortable bed, good towels.

Breakfast is served in the Panzera Cafe (go from hotel to the right, 1 minute walk, you see the Cafe on the corner). For hotel voucher they give you Croissant, coffee and juice. If you used to eat more for breakfast, then better to book without meals and go somewhere else by yourself.

I loved this place, thank you for comfortable staying.

Overall the stay was pleasant! I was surprised to find the hotel hidden away in a residential building occupying only half a floor but it was definitely a very local experience you might not easily find. The historical elevator was a gem. Check-in was a bit confusing as we didn't know it was self check-in but luckily a staff was there to assist. My room initially didn't come with the key for the building's front door so as a group of 3, we had to rely on my friend's key that came with her room. A bit inconvenient but I was later provided with the key on the third day. Room was clean and tidy. Close to subway but I took the tram everyday. Would definitely come back if I'm in Milan again!

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
