Everyone here on staff was wonderful when I checked in they noticed my birthday was next week and they gave me an upgrade to a junior suite I ate in the restaurant the first night and hadthe Cutlet with a salad and it was very good

Great experience! Receptionist were kind and friendly. Location was good enough for the value. It’s a 5-minute walk to the tram or metro, and you are in the heart of the city within 5-10 minutes

We were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was a bonus! Although the view from the room was just construction and bin bags it was still a VERY nice room🤣 Only faults is there’s not too much around the area so you have to travel a lot and the breakfast is not worth the money (this is an optional extra) Overall a really good stay, would definitely stay again :)

There was no kettle for making tea or coffee which would have been nice. No gym in the hotel but the receptionist recommended gyms in the area. Breakfast was fresh with a good choice

Its location is very convenient — less than a 10-minute walk from Milan Centrale station, even when traveling with luggage

The only minor downside is that there are stairs at the main entrance, but the hotel does provide a lift for wheelchair users, and the bell staff are very helpful in assisting with luggage

The room was also a little smaller than expected, but it was well maintained and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would still recommend this hotel

The property is really beautiful and because its set back from the main road feels wonderfully quiet and private. The gym, pool and spa were the perfect start and end to the day

I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Milan for five nights and at the Mandarin Oriental in Como for two nights. Both experiences were incredible

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was delicious

However, I must give special compliments to the team at the Mandarin Oriental Milan, especially to Enrico, the hotel manager, who was extremely courteou, he made a point of personally greeting us, escorting us to our room, and seeing us off when we left

Pros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected! Cons: No HBO, the switch on...

Clean room, cosy bed, good lightings controls, hinge of all doors are silent (which is really excellent as no noise is produced when closing and opening doors of the toilet hence not disturbing your sleeping partner or family

Good choice of breakfast items but served in a small area with only one coffee machine so the area was quite congested. Having said all that, would stay here again as close to a number of metro stations

It's very close to the subway station, and you can get to the city center directly in about fifteen minutes by subway, which is super convenient

This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees)

Staff is friendly and very helpful (I couldn’t figure out the AC, but was helped within 5 minutes). Breakfast buffet is ok, I would have preferred something a little bigger though

I’m only rating the amenities at 4 because the rooms are a bit small, even for a solo traveller, but you’re not here to watch tv in the hotel room, so it doesn’t really matter
