Portrait Milano - Lungarno Collection, Milan1 / 30High rating
9.4
Milan, Corso Venezia, 11, Quadrilatero della moda (in the centre) 🧭 Map
One of the highlights of the stay was unexpectedly running into Javier, whom I first met years ago at Portrait Roma. It was a wonderful reunion and a reminder of what makes the Portrait brand so special: the people
Myself and my family have had an unforgettable time at this hotel and we truly cannot wait for the day we are lucky enough to return. Until next time -The Flax Family
My stay at Portrait Milano was brief, as I was in town for Milan Men’s Fashion Week Winter ’25, but it left a lasting impression
An extraordinary stay at Portrait Milano — truly the best hotel experience we have ever had
Portrait Milano is notably the largest of all the Portrait properties, and it carries that scale gracefully while still maintaining the brand’s signature intimacy and warmth
Despite the energy of the stylish crowds in the buzzing Piazza Quadrilatero, once in the room, it felt like I was in my own hidden cloister & sanctuary @ the hotel. Elegant beautiful public and serene private spaces

I had the pleasure to enjoy this beautiful property in this early November and the experience was just superb! The Room was smelling flowers and the property has just a romantic vibe that I truly reccomend! The Rooming was made by an Italian gentlement that showed us what Milan has best to offer, very helpfull! We we're welcome by the General Manager with a great smile, he is a super professional!...
A very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport
The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19
Even in the rooms facing the street, the very good soundproofing of the windows meant there was no disturbing noise. We recommend a room with a balcony. The breakfast is very good and served in a refined atmosphere
Beautiful rooms, in a useful location close to the centre of Milan. Food at breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of high quality. The Spa was an added bonus, a calming and relaxing place to spend time
All amenities were great and rooms were good, just that the location is near a subway station, and staying on the first floor, the subway could be heard everytime. Gym was quite small too.

Pro: +very very friendly staff +good housekeeping +clean an modern (rooms and whole Hotel) +Shuttleservice to/from the station +free wi-fi +3 parkdecks +multilanguage tv-channels +fair pricing +fitness and spar area (didn't use it myself) Contra: -pretty simple breakfast -in upper floors u have to let water run for several minutes to get it warm/hot -located in a industrial area -beds are quite...
The hotel is quite close to the exhibition center, about a 15-minute drive, and they even offer shuttle service with two vans! The room was spacious, but the lighting was a bit too dim. Breakfast options were limited
The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a good variety, with hot congee, steamed buns, and freshly made noodles – it all tasted wonderfully homemade
) to pay the city tax! Who do they think they are asking for my card details, just to make it easier for them to charge customers who sneak snacks and drinks? Who even wants their stuff anyway? It's also very far from the bus stop, and there's a long, dark, deserted road leading up to it
The downside is its distance from the city center, requiring a 50-minute bus ride followed by a 10-minute walk. Guests with a lot of luggage should take this into consideration
No drinking water was provided, but the fridge was full of overpriced drinks and snacks. The front desk asked for my credit card information (card number, security code, etc

An excellent experience: warm welcome and constant support. The room is beautiful, cozy, and warm, impeccably clean. you never want to leave! I didn't think you could get such a service without spending a fortune
This is hands down the best hotel you can choose in Milano, it's near the Navigli canal and on a beautiful strip with so many restaurants (Risotto, Vegan options and Halal)
A good four-star hotel in a safe area of Navigli, within walking distance of restaurants and about 2-2. 5 kilometers from the center (Durmo)
He knew all about the city and can easily help you with anything in the hotel and outside in the city. He will make your first or if not first than any impression of Milano a great one
You'll be greeted by the most professional and courteous receptionist and in my case Daniele who treated us so kindly and was so helpful
No matter if you're going solo or with family, it's a beautiful hotel with art to admire in all corners

Overall, this hotel is quite good. The location is super convenient, close to the city center with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby
Besides, they prepared welcome gifts by person Breakfast is great !! And the location with good views !
The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the bed is comfortable, making it suitable for longer stays. Although some areas show a bit of age, it's generally clean and tidy
The hotel service is also excellent; the front desk staff are welcoming, and both check-in and check-out processes were very efficient
TV need to be upgraded. Most of the TV Channels cannot be watched because TV signal is weak. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.
Although it is a 15min walk from the Milano Centrale, the hotel is easy to find. The staff at reception is nice. I can check in at 11am as the room is available. The room and the washroom is quite spacious

Stayed here for 3 nights during our stay in Milan, 10days ago. Place was so very convenient, so accessible, so near to the Milan Central Station & metro. Lots of good food & stores avaible
The hotel was very clean and also in the heart of Milan. I love staying there the location works so good, but some staff is not really friendly.
Camille at the reception speaks excellent English, was extremely thorough, helped us with places around eat, helped get a cab in a flash, she's very efficient, the lady and men at the breakfast place are super kind, helpful and very prompt about the upkeep of the restaurant, the restaurant has a view of the road at the cathedral side and a cosy vibe on the inside
Overall, it was quite good. The staff were friendly, and it was a decent, reliable stay that didn't disappoint.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the central station, making train travel very convenient. The airport train also stops at the station, taking about 40 minutes
Excellent! It's small but has everything you need and is very clean. The front desk staff are polite, and they provide complimentary water daily, along with comfortable toiletries

Good location, food, service. Extremely friendly staff. Very good for the price. Comfortable stay guaranteed.
The best thing is that there is a place to get drinking water on each floor, which can be replenished unlimitedly, and there is no problem making tea or coffee in the room
I am so satisfied with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is right next to the subway station, 3 stops from the central train station, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel has a sense of design
The room of hotel is quite new, with good location, very close to the metro. The staffs are very friendly and we spent good times at this place.
I had a wonderful stay at Urban Hive Milano. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the air conditioning was perfectly cold, which made a big difference during the hot summer days in Milan
This was actually my second stay here – my first one was back in April 2025 – and I’m happy I chose to come back. Also, it was just a 23-minute walk from the hotel to the Duomo, which was very convenient

Waiter & waiter during breakfast ftiendly & helpfull, especially tge Barresta. The best croissant I got from this Europe trip😍
We we so central to everything for our short stay. But the service and the team made up for it. An exceptional stand out was Elenora, we started our day with his MASSIVE Smile and her welcoming embrace for breakfast
This was the best way to start our day. Thank you to the Sina Group for a great first impression of a stunning city

For it's price this is a great find. Located close to the city centre, close to amenities and the San Siro, and within a great and welcoming area, I have no complaints. Rooms are very clean and are kept in good condition
Big thanks again to Francesco and Marco! Excellent communication and service, they really made us feel at home. The room was warm, and the location was fantastic.
They also serve a good balanced breakfast and go out of their way to help you in whatever way they can at the desk
Fortunately, a male staff came out in time to deal with our check-in, otherwise it would be really bad. Advantages: The two male staff at the front desk are polite and enthusiastic to check in and check out
Really good service. Everything was clean. Loved the breakfast.
The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese. - The hotel has no food in the rooms policy

A 5-star hotel in the Tortona area with an industrial design, focusing on scent and its olfactory impact on the hotel experience. Excellent staff and a great breakfast with kind and attentive service
The customer service was excellent and the space was really stylish and impressive 🌹 Highly recommended for anyone looking for something stylish!
The room was large and functional. Heartfelt thanks for a lovely stay
The room has a large balcony, but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to take pictures. The breakfast is considered to be a variety of Italian hotels, and the dining area faces the garden, which is very good
The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good
The room is well-designed, and the snacks and champagne provided to guests are very thoughtful. The bathroom is well-equipped, and the fragrance makes people relax

Milan, Via Privata Fratelli Gabba, 7b (in the centre) 🧭 Map
As expected of Bulgari, the environment is great, it is suitable for friends to discuss things, and the service is good
In the upscale hotel category this is by far the best hotel in Milan. Service is impeccable as is at others - but here, there is some additional flare to it. And then on top of that their cocktail bar and lounge garden
Best intimate luxury, aesthetic, dan super private hotel in Milan. Locations very premium (hidden & quite)
The world's first Bulgari, the hotel interior is beautiful, although not big, but the atmosphere is very good. I like its small garden the most, many people drink and chat here at night, very chill
I traveled to Europe for a week and attended the Milan Furniture Fair. The Bulgari Hotel was pretty good. Except for the high price, the accommodation was comfortable and the breakfast was OK
Very good food, service. They help with all your need. Ws there for a party and had no worries.

Service: Good Location: A bit inconvenient regarding transportation.
Check in procedure was clear and quick. There are not many facilities inside only with a basic restaurant and a gym smaller than my own room
Oh well, I guess you don’t need to have very nice restaurant as there are so many out there. Simple short stay for my family
It’s located ina wonderful part of Milano. One downside; our rooms was on the front side of the hotel next to the road. The road is very noisy, we could hear the cars and motors in the night and in the morning
Could be better, this hotel is frankly underexploited. The rooms are large, yes, but dark and poorly laid out.
Rooms: they upgraded our room to a junior suite out of no where which was amazing, and checked us in early. Junior suite was very good Service: very nice and attentive, front desk even gave us feee water

Simple rooms but hospital-level standards of cleanliness! Probably the cleanest room I have ever visited! Very quiet too, could have heard a pin drop
Stay here for 1 night. Dont have free parking. Comfortable. Nothing to talk about
Surprisingly modern, clean, well equipped hotel. Really no other choice if your takes you to Ospedale San Raffaele.
As I read in the reviews, the majority of the hotel's guests are Italians and guests and patients of the nearby hospital. Maybe that's why there was no information in other languages
The room was large and everything seemed OK at first glance. Then it turned out that the rooms were so thin that you could hear a vibrating cell phone somewhere in the other room
The bathroom was OK, although a bit dated, the water drain in the bathtub (shower function) was partially blocked and the water wouldn't drain

But the room was clean, light-filled and spacious so this was a small issue in an otherwise very good hotel experience
I really enjoyed my stay at UNA Cusani Milano. The staff was very efficient, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was just perfect
The hotel has a fantastic location, right opposite Sforza Castle and adjacent to Sempionni Park, perfect for jogging. Shania at the front desk was very attentive, responsible, and patient
I has a very pleasant stay one night stay. The room was clean and had all sorts of amenities. The bed was extra comfy! I would recommend this hotel and will come back soon!
Even though they were full, they were clearing and cleaning rooms starting right at 9am and got everyone into their rooms by around 10:30am. My one small grip was that the shower drain was slow
Very nice hotel in a great location. Their reception staff were very friendly and also worked diligently to get all 6 of our rooms ready for an early check in

Great location. Right beside Tricolore Metro, straight from the airport. 20 minute walk to Duomo Cathedral. Courtesy water fountain at reception would be nice. But all in all a good hotel for a short stay.
Very central, cute but quiet hotel. We slept excellent in the cozy beds and dark, well air-conditioned and quiet rooms, eventhough I am not a good sleeper
Gym has excellent modern expensive techno gym equipment and wasn’t really used by other guests. Towels weren’t available at the gym which would be great and the water tank was empty unfortunately
When we needed something from the car, the concierge brought us to the car in the garage and let us grab it. Breakfast choice was also good, maybe a bit better bread could be provided
Service was excellent with all our requests, parking did cost 30€ per night but was available with valet parking + help carrying our luggage
The surrounding areas were great! Very walkable. The room at the Bianca Maria was very very small even for European standards. Shower was tiny, my husband almost didn’t fit. Best part of hotel was the staff and breakfast

This hotel was the best hotel we've stayed so far in Italy. The staff is super friendly and kind and helped us out so much. Gave us an upgrade for free and came to the room take sure we were well situated
This hotel is very old, and the facilities feel like they are from a long time ago. The room is large, but there are too many mirrors, which makes people feel unsafe
Location is excellent, tram and metro nearby, room was large enough, shower a bit crowded, i didn't like the pillows, too large and not fluffy. breakfast was good, large variety and service was good

Magnificent breakfast (everything you want, and more) on the 5th floor with a view
The panoramic view from the top-floor bistro is really pleasant
The carpet in the room was a bit old. I got allergies from the dust. But overall the room was fine. In case you want to park the car at the hotel, they will ask to keep your car key

Very nice! Overall quality of rooms, hallways even smelt nice, lovely downstairs breakfast area, central location, close to public transport, lovely tree-lined area in front. Just really good tbh, would come again 👍
The breakfast was ok, though it was missing 1 or 2 things. It's quite close to the city centre. They is also a tram line close to the hotel and the metro station is just few minutes away
Our room was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room in both the sleeping area and the bathroom. The breakfast was solid and comparatively generous for an Italian city hotel, offering a good variety to start the day
Very friendly staff at the reception and the bellman. I have got a good impression of the bellman who came to our car to bring our luggage and waited at the entrance of the garage to guide us to park
The hotel was good overall. However, the facilities have become outdated over time. However, the staff and service were excellent.

📝 Summary: If you're looking for a modern, clean, and well-located hotel in Milan, this is definitely an excellent choice, especially if you're ready for a change after seeing so much classical European style
Good location, near the train station and room is spacious. However the toilet fixtures in the room could be improved as it was different to change water pressure. Still a decent stay for a short few days!
The hotel is housed in a beautiful new high-rise building with a glass facade, which looks very appealing. The front desk staff who checked us in were very friendly and had a good attitude
The only issue is that they can't issue fapiao (official Chinese tax invoices) for domestic use. Otherwise, the environment and location are both excellent!
Overall, it was a very good experience, though there were a few minor details I hope they improve. 📍 Location: The hotel's location is super convenient
