The hotel features large beds and spacious rooms (compared to other cities). 5 miles away from major shopping and outlets in the fashion district

Great location. Within walking distance to subway station, a major grocery store and a mall. Rooms are quiet and squeaky clean. Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. ​I got my stuff for the bathroom, like, right away.

bathroom facilities were good particularly the body lotion which was really of Hilton level. however it was sad that the reception did not provide shaving kit when requested

The staff is Great, but the system is not, there is water inside the rooms, you should pay each time on the reception desk, also there is no tooth brush as any other hotel, otherwise it's ok, the Metro station is close to the hotel location and the cleanness is good

The location is fine, but the entrance is a bit hard to find since it’s fenced off. The lobby is huge and welcoming. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located 30minutes from the city center. As i mentioned above it has good transportation communication but still, it is a bit inconvenient. The cleaning of rooms was not the best

Only stayed the one night but the staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and lovely with the biggest bed I have slept in for a while. Good choice at breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very well located in front of central station, it will be even more perfect if I can do early check in, and hope they can prepare the water boiler in the room in order to make the tea with hot water or cook some instant noodles when you don’t want to go out in the freezing night as I tried to dial 9 to bring the water boiler but no one is answering so the phone! And the cleaning lady forgot to clean...

Everything is good, the only problem is the blow dryer is broken, the food in the breakfast is the same everyday, they should change it every day, the location is weird because it is like in the middle of the residential area but the staffs are good and they are cleaning everyday

We arrived quite late, the room smelled bad, but the service was good.

Enjoyed breakfast at the 10 floor and evening drink there too. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative is the excessive charge for overnight parking -€55 and a bit to long wait for valet parking

Also I don't know if it's a reason in the hotel or another italian food but I had a food poisoning and in the hospital atm back home. But the plates in the main restaurant weren't properly cleaned and had some food left

Nice location, very kind staff but a tiny bedroom, very small bed, not a perfect bathroom and a half destroyed iron provided. No wonder I was not asked how was my stay when I checked out.

The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. There is a supermarket next to it. The only downside is that there are no slippers. The breakfast is just cakes and bread. Everything else is good.

Far from airport but good place to stay on business trips. One asian (may be indian or Pakistani or bangladeshi staff was little rude in the breakfast area) despite me being an India
