Rooms small but it's a boutique hotel in the city centre and given you spend most time either out or asleep it makes no difference. Beds comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff

Quiet location Milan accommodation was very expensive Saturday and Sunday night due to Italian Grand Prix, this was a quiet location better than I thought didn’t notice any dodgy people around, room was basic but good enough for 2 night stay, clean, bed was comfortable enough, short walk to metro

Can get the train in SUSA, here is most near to the hotel. Receptionist is good, let us check in early (around 11:30am) so we can have shower before go out (after our long flight)

Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM — perfect for picking up anything you need. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful

To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where you’ll find the hotel reception desk

Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly

The metro is just a short walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station

There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby that aren't touristy and serve good authentic Italian food. The room was very clean, in particular the bathroom was spacious and comfortable

Pro : there is a grocery store downstairs which is convenient Con : tiny lift could only fit 2 pax with 2 luggages overall value for money for it's good location & price.

Also it’s a short 5 minutes taxi ride to Milano Centrale railway station what made easy for me to take a train to Florence. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will try to do it again in future trips to Milan

The hotel is located not too far from a metro station, also was conveniently close to Alcatraz which held my event and I was able to walk there and back. The bathroom was spacious and very clean

At arrival the gentleman on the check in was friendly and informative, we went to our room which was room 401 and was surprised at the size of the room

The accommodation was extremely comfortable, with a small balcony, perfectly heated bathroom water, and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire apartment building offered excellent privacy, making me feel very safe.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Lanza Station (only 4 stops away from Milano Centrale). Access to the hotel is very convenient with a passcode system

However, the environment and location are indeed quite good. For over 2000 yuan a night, I could easily add a little more and book a more reliable hotel

People were nice, room was a bit far from Front desk and room small and only shower,,,,but, it was good for the money. I would stay there again on may nest trip , end of February,this year

Location is excellent and less than 3 min walkj g disrance to Central Station. Room is clean and spacious. Only suggestion is to provide hair conditioning for guests.

Receptionist Eliza was very good , but the hotel after this was average to get hot water into the room took a long time before it was barely luke warm.

A bit too warm so we turned radiators off. It’s winter so there was no need for ac. Bathroom lovely with a nice shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries were complimentary. Rooms cleaned on request and were spotless

There is security and a reception staff who are kind and professional. It was truly a pleasure to stay here. It is very close to Chinatown, where there are many shops and lots of people

Transportation was convenient, with a direct subway link to Milan Cathedral. We purchased a 90-minute metro card, good for 90 minutes, and could still get to the train station after our walk, which was fine

My family (including my two children) stayed in a room with a double bed and a single bed, which was sufficient since we only needed to sleep. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of tissues in the room

As soon as you leave the reception, you can find everything you need on Corso Buenos Aires. It's nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Steps from duomo cathedral, shops including designer and metro is on the door steps. All tourist attractions are within 3 to 15 min walk. Hotel room was big and had separate bath and shower

My flight arrived early, and I was given a room at 10:30 am. There was a self-service drinks and bread buffet to relax in. The room was quite comfortable and nice

Finally, it is 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and a major shopping area. This has now become our top choice for a hotel in Milan

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist with a smile. And yes, the tourist tax is currently  6€ per night, but this is payment to the city not to the hotel

The only downside was the traffic noise when the windows were open, but this was a minor issue and didn’t detract from the overall experience, especially if you prefer aircon during the night

There’s also some places to eat and a supermarket nearby, which was perfect for grabbing coffee or essentials. You have a mini fridge in your room
