I had the greatest experience at this hotel. The hostess was so welcoming and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. They have a cafe / bar with I swear the best coffee in town. It is extremely close to all the restaurants, waterside and shops. I want to come back here again!

What a lovely hotel ! Had a great stay in the perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were spot on. Recommend staying here for a unforgettable holiday in Desenzano 😊 Breakfast is included, being gluten and dairy free myself I was a little worried but it's been delicious ☀️

When we arrived, we couldn’t reach anyone although it was check-in time. After waiting for a while we could talk to the owner on the phone and he came within a few minutes.
The room looks like on the pictures, small but nice decor. The bathroom was also pretty small, you couldn’t sit properly on the toilet because then the shower was right in front of you. No soap in the bathroom available (regarding to Covid 19 pretty inconvenient).
The window was next to a narrow alley with a bar. It was pretty loud, also in the early morning. But with closed windows you didn’t hear anything.
The aircon did not work properly. It was cold in the room, but not as much as we set it.
All in all, we are happy with our stay at the hotel, because it REALLY was in the city centre and close to everything you need. And it was cheap at this time of the year.
PS: there are also free parking spots with a ~ 10min walk, just look for it on google maps. We had no problem finding one.

We've spent a night here on our way to Christo's Floating Piers, the hotel is located in the very center of beautiful Desenzano, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly, they have been extremely helpful and caring.
Rooms are basically furnished but clean and quite spacious, the breakfast is served in the bar on the ground floor, don't expect to find a continental breakfast (we italians normally have cakes and capuccino) but the staff will surely try their best to please every host request.
