Very nice property, with lovely views and a great pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Wir waren Selbstversorger. Direkter Weg zum Bäcker durch den Olivengarten. Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung. Sehr schöner Ausblick von der Hauptterrasse auf den Gardasee, besonders Abends. Großzügiger sauberer 20 Meter Pool, den wir gegen Abend oft alleine genießen konnten. Für größere Parties kann die Hauptterrasse gemietet werden. Guter Standort für Gardasee Tour mit Auto und Motorrad, ruhige Lage abseits vom See. Wir haben viele Städte und Weingüter in der Umgebung angesehen. Tipp: Sirmione nicht am Sonntag und besser mit der Fähre als mit dem Auto besuchen.

absolut tolle Lage mitten in einem alten Olivenhain. Etwa 2 Kilometer vom See und von dem Städtchen Moniga entfernt. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht (sehr lecker). Im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig und der Pool hat eine gute größe.

This place was a dream! Paolo the proprietor was a wonderful host and welcomed us each day with a wonderful smile and very helpful information. He was responsive to anything needed. The view of the lake was incredible and the place was peaceful and charming. The location was perfect to visit Italy and see many things and I can't wait to go back!

Superb location, tranquility and relaxation among olive trees and other beautiful plants. Small apartments with views of the lake and beyond. Great availability and kindness of the manager. The restaurant located on site has a chef and pastry chef of great skill and creativity. A visit is recommended for a journey into taste and imagination

Very bad service at this hotel. And this is actually due to the owner. On arrival had to wait a long time at the reception before he finally came. Barely talked to each other and payment had to be made immediately. When payment was made, the gentleman walked with us to the building where the room was, but strangely enough did not walk with us to the room itself. And afterwards we know why. We got a completely different (super bad) room. We immediately went back to the reception and said something about this and for a fee we could get another room. We were able to get the room that we had actually already booked! But then for a hefty fee. It's ridiculous that you have to pay extra for a room that you should have already gotten. It was absolutely impossible to talk to the owner of the hotel. Furthermore, the pool was fine, the view top and the breakfast was also good. But I also keep track of these 3 pluses. Our tip: If you want to book this hotel, first check your room before you pay and don't let this man drive you crazy.

Very nice and pleasant stay, in a location that lends itself to reaching all the towns of Lake Garda located in an old restored monastery near an oil mill that provides tasty specialties, the restaurant adjacent to the structure is very nice and well cared for.

Good evening I'm staying in this "hotel" "residence" if you can call it that and I am really bitter, furious, disappointed, and other adjectives that I am not here to list.
The structure is left to itself, except for the restaurant area, which is managed by the guys from Essenza and is giving it a bit of innovation.
Now let's talk about the room where my girlfriend and I are staying, practically in the attic perceived degrees 200 there is no air, wall conditioner that goes like grandma, the TV after a day they brought us the remote control but as you can see you can see the channel you hear it but you can't see it 🤷🏻‍♂️
I will tell you more I have exposed the complaint to the room manager regarding the infernal heat, the gist of his answer has been arranged or better yet change hotel 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Very large and cool rooms. Good maintenance. Good cleaning.
Wonderful facility. Excellent outside air.
Enjoyable swimming pool.

Great location and great pool! It's all very well maintained however our room had a horrible smell that could not be got rid of.

Lovely swimming pool with great views of the lake and surrounding area. Nice large rooms but need a car to get around the place.
