I stayed at the hotel for five days. Honestly one of the most pleasant surprises I had in Vigevano. The staff was always smiling, always cheerful and always available to serve us for anything we needed. Special credits to Ike barista girl. She was smiling every day, remembered the coffees and was always there for us.Thank you very much for the experience you offered us.

A good place to stay during business trips. Professional personnel and good services. The walls are quite thick and become dificult if you have noize guests

Room was really clean, location is pretty close to the city center. Service and reception is really good. Ike from the cafédid the best Americano and was pretty helpful, she remembered us every morning.

Very dirty hotel, full of bugs, spider webs in the room, not clean at all! All of my body is itching from how unclean the beds, rooms are! Under the bed full of insects especially at night.

This is a sad excuse for a hotel. The rooms smelled horribly, the screens on the windows had holes in them thus bugs were coming into the room. It was very hot when we stayed so we tried to use the air conditioning and it would not turn on. We ended up speaking to the owner and they informed us that the city does not allow them to turn on the air conditioning which is the most ridiculous excuse ever. The majority of the employees tried to be helpful but it looks like the owner is all about making money and not really caring about the guests experience. One of our family members had to leave early but the owner still required them to pay for the nights that they were not staying there. Overall not a good experience!
