A rather secure hotel, with two doors which close at the entrance then the individual accommodations inside, street a little noisy and a little dirty but there is bus 109 nearby which goes to the center so very practical, some shops and tobacco shops (to buy bus tickets) nearby. Politeama luxury suites are located on a very busy square. With the convienience of the location it also comes with heavy traffics. A loud party bus goes around the block into late night.

Belemonte 102 was a large clean reasonable decorated room in a good location. Not really exclusive as in our room there was damp around the air con unit and under a hole cut out showed lots black looking like mould, not very healthy to sleep so close. We had trouble getting a contact to let us in numbers were sent and then not answered it did take a while and in the end it was another guest entering...

The accommodation is centrally located, close to restaurants, street food, pubs, fish market, shopping street and much more. The churches and cathedrals of the old town are in a few minutes' stroll. It is a real experience to walk down among the old buildings of the city center early in the morning. Giulia, the manager, is very kind. We decided to go back with a group of friends.

Best place to stay while in Catania

Good accomodation in the heart of Catania. Comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Recommended !

Large, well equipped and much more clean than average rooms, simple but functional furniture. Excellent location for visiting the city. Sore points: poor management to say the least and little attention to the customer. Certainly not one of those places where you feel "pampered". Breakfast included but lacking any comfort.

Good structure in a good location, shame about the management, lacking where it would be served and rude to the limits of rudeness in the solution of overbooking. Very sad breakfast, only three pods of coffee for the entire structure ... voluntary lack to force the use of the paid dispenser? If I ever return to Catania, I would definitely look for other solutions.

We took the Suite with the Jacuzzi, an excellent structure, all very clean, very elegant and perfect furnishings. hot tub large and comfortable. The hot air pump heats up the room in no time. Went there on a organized trip. Hotel is fine, the dinner was excellent and breakfast was alright.. needs some warm food added to their selection.. pool was nice.

Only stayed one night of a hectic bus tour thru Sicily but this was the best hotel so far. Nice big rooms and bathrooms, trimmings above the average. Breakfast had real orange juice.

At first she said i made the mistake but when i showed the pictures of what i booked, i was given the right room. The accommodation is old and the bathroom is very old. The shower is very small and you can't move around properly. The internet is very bad, it's disconnected most of the time. The only thing that's worth it is the location. The staff are polite.

I stayed here for a few days' vacation. The location is excellent, about a kilometer from the Mongiove beach, which is very large and well-equipped. The apartments are clean and well-organized. The indoor pool is convenient.

Everything would be fantastic if it weren't for that poor dog in the pool—a dirt-filled tub with no water, no food, and one of the two lifeguards, while spraying degreaser on the bench, tried to spray it on the dog, scaring him away. Luckily, we provided him with water in a glass and food! You have a restaurant, what does it cost you to feed and drink him? Shame on you 😡

We spent 15 days in complete relaxation. The structure is very welcoming, located a few kilometers from Patti Marina to be precise in Mongiove. The rooms, in which we stayed, were large, welcoming and extremely clean. We booked this hotel for a football tournament and were positively surprised. Rooms clean, everything works, outside areas well taken care off and the owners tried to make our stay enjoyable and went out of their way actually. They even imported beer from our country !

We could visit Tindari and Marina di Patti in a few minutes. Highly recommended for those driving through Sicily, it's just out of the auto Strada, and very safe at night to park in the Residence. You can enjoy the lovely home made food too !!

The sanitation is good. The staff will send me a message in advance to ask about the check-in time to confirm whether it is within their working hours. If not, they will send a tutorial to your email to tell you how to enter the hotel. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, but you don't need to share it with others, it's just separate. Lemon candy is provided and the staff is very friendly.

Fantastic location, poor breakfast for the price we paid, and the worst is the experience of staying outside the front door for an hour and a half. The management must communicate with the guests better so that they know when to come and find someone to let them in. It was a harrowing experience to be stranded outside without knowing who we should talk to . The management knew I booked it for 5 nights...

The place is pretty isolated which is great for peace and quiet. The venue looks newly done up, furniture is modern. the kitchen is user friendly and the pool is a good size and cleaned daily. Everything worked and the tv was broken but was replaced the day after even though we never used it. The parking space has a canopy which means your car remains cool and out of the sun.

Enchanting place .. a real happy oasis immersed in the quiet of the Syracusan countryside a few steps from all the places of greatest historical and archaeological interest and from some of the most important oases and nature reserves .. But the extra something is certainly the owner. . person available, courteous and attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend it.

An excellent location, no more than 10 minutes' walk from most parts of the bustling centre of Trapani and 5 minutes' walk from the large car park on Placa Victorio Emanuele. Don't try to drive to get nearer. You'll end up in a maze of streets with some only 50 cm wider than your car. We had an apartment on the (UK) 2nd floor. Quiet, good air conditioning. They even provided some Illy coffee capsules...

3 stars for the madress in the Sole room, maybe cleanliness could be better, but not disturbing. Good appliances in the small and simple kitchen - all you need for a breakfast on the terracce.

The penthouse apartment is awesome and was especially great with our Yorkiepoo. The location is amazing just inside the walking zone 100 meters from the sea and 5 minutes walk from 50+ amazing bars and restaurants in the historic center.
