Great little hotel serving a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff is very helpful and courteous. However, if you have mobility issues, make sure you book a groundfloor room.

Great restaurants in the area and walkable to attractions. The rooms were clean and the checkin process was straightforward and owner was super polite and accessible with questions etc. I would stay again at this property.

Belemonte 102 was a large clean reasonable decorated room in a good location. Not really exclusive as in our room there was damp around the air con unit and under a hole cut out showed lots black looking like mould, not very healthy to sleep so close. We had trouble getting a contact to let us in numbers were sent and then not answered it did take a while and in the end it was another guest entering the building that let us in. When it is so hot and one has been travelling not really a customer friendly service being left outside for ages. Our keys were left out a desk but we didn't see a person until the morning we departed to collect payment. Palermo itself was great and a very good time was had.

There were many mosquitoes in the room 106. I would still recommend the hotel, if a budget stay in the city centre is what you are looking for

This hotel is really close to Cefalu train station. The City Center is walkable. Everyone is friendly and food is decent. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to carry my luggages down a flight of stairs. I did not know that there is an elevator option, but someone from the inside has to open the door because the elevator is inside another building at the left side.

Is was very difficult to get into this property. Thankfully there was a couple just entering and let us in, then another family helped us get into the suites. We had no contact with the host as we did not have telephone service only data. I do not blame the host, ******* is to blame. Make sure you k ow how to contact the host before arrival. We actually helped another couple in when we were leaving. I do not recommend this accommodation due to the difficulties we and others experienced trying to book in.

Good area but a bit basic
Large room, and bathroom with balcony. Nice and convenient area to tourist hotspots. 2 small bottles of water provided. Secure building with a lift.

Bed king size but was a bit hard. NO balcony furniture. NO in-room kettle or coffee maker, and no cups, dining room had a kettle we used but no cups, the fridge in our room was not working. Mold in shower.

Very stylish, big, modern rooms on the first floor of the building and high-tech system for self check-in / out on entry and leaving. Passports / I.D. should be copied and sent by email in advance . The pedestrianised leafy street outside has a fine big café / restaurant with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Overall a very good location between the Via Roma and the Via R.Settimo shopping street which leads on to the Via Maqueda which has many restaurants between the Teatro Massimo and the Quattro Canti historic centre. Daniele was very helpful with gluten free options for my wife and in booking our shuttle to the airport at a good price – although the street outside is normally traffic free the taxi came to the door to collect us.. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and it was the most stylish and trendy place we stayed in Sicily.
