A clean hotel, but very busy area with virtually only street parking in area. Staff tried to hold our passports after we arrived and said that they would give them back later, which we refused. Nice breakfast area and staff.

Nice hotel in Comiso.
We arrived group of 13 sport team members.
2 things that were a little bit disappointing:
The low water pressure (Room at level 4)
The breakfast. A little bit "too" basic , but, still, we found what was essencial for morning breakfast.
The hotel is clean.
The service is very good.
Parking available at the street near the hotel (No charge but on a free space availability)
Enjoy.

Absolute garbage hotel, absolute garbage service do not book here especially if you’re an American or a tourist looking for a good time. Management is absolutely horrific. I booked a room over a month ago arrived promptly around 4 PM and was told my booking doesn’t exist. I showed them a confirmation page as well as as an email I received 48 hours before arriving for online check-in instructions, which I filled out promptly. They took my money didn’t give me a room and left me stranded in the middle of Comiso with very few options and no help to find a last minute place to stay the night. Avoid this nasty unorganized and terrible hotel. You might actually be better off staying on the streets like the numerous homeless people that were hanging out in front of the hotel.

The hotel is renovated and modern, nice, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was always smiling and helpful, but then it probably changed management, and something changed. The first thing is to smile and make the guest feel welcome. It was my go-to.

Nice hotel in the center of Comiso. Average facilities with large, comfortable rooms. Prices are average, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the breakfast, which is truly very poor. Croissants, ham, coffee, packaged jams, expired biscuits, and nothing else. A shame.

Terrible corner room, without window and only with artificial light. The only existing window in a useless empty corridor and apart but impossible to open because it is rusty and therefore dirty. I do not understand why they gave us this double room when there are many empty and more acceptable rooms in the hotel. Shame

Me and my partner stayed here for a week in August 2024. We thought the staff were very nice and the rooms were clean, well maintained and modern. We had a tv, mini fridge, air con and a great shower but no kettle which would have been a big bonus. Breakfast was okay; there were really nice pastries and juice. Bacon and scrambled eggs were sometimes available but they were pre cooked and kept cold which I didn't really like. I would also have liked more variety of choice like fried or boiled eggs. Perhaps these were available cooked to order but no one ever asked me. We had one evening meal at the hotel but the staff didn't really seem prepared for it. The restaurant had no lights/ music when we arrived and there seemed to be a bit of panic/ rush from the staff to get it set up. The food was okay when it came but again I have a feeling that the kitchen weren't really prepared. Parking was a little bit difficult but eventually we found a place where we could park about 100m from the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely time and may visit again.

It is an excellent choice for staying in Comiso

We were for four nights, the hotel is ok and modern, breakfast was good, considering a Sicilian type. But unfortunately, the hotel is not well maintained. Hot water not always available in the bath,so imagine you go for a bath in new year's eve and freezing water comes out. We had two hand washing bases,one without tapp and the outer the tap not holding water. Room was not clean, neither the bed sheets. Would not visit again

Good location, new clean rooms, excellent bed size, very good breakfast. One of not many hotel options in Comiso.
