We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every minute from arrival to departure. Dente really looked after us. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The setting is perfect Comfort and luxury is what you experience. T

We were floored by the location! The room was very comfortable with a fantastic terrace. Excellent breakfast and very cordial service from Dante. We were able to park our car during 1 of 2 nights which was so helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great night. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The aircon also made it a nice refugium for an afternoon nap when the heat of the city is too much. The location is perfect for a stroll through the old town. Great hotel for your stay in Palermo!

Lovely stay in Palermo. Very nice rooms - book one with a terrace for comfortable outside seating and city views. Location is excellent with easy access to all the sights and restaurants. Quiet at night so no trouble sleeping, Staff friendly and helpful with good breakfast service. Overall would highly recommend.

The property staff were helpful and friendly and the location is great for visiting the historic part of Palermo. Breakfast on the terrace was really nice and offered a good selection. Our room was big and comfortable. If you prefer smaller boutique B&B’s I would recommend this one

We've just got back to cold rainy London after 5 days in hot and buzzy Palermo. But this small hotel was cool, quiet and beautiful; an old building with character but with very modern amenities, comfortable bed and powerful shower (this is essential for me, not a dribbling tap like in Air bnb.) This is NOT Air bnb, thankfully Loredana the manager is quite a character and extremely helpful. She is not at all unfriendly, as some people have commented, but what we call in England dead-pan funny, tells it how it is honest...and her English is so much better than my rusty Italian. She booked us first night in best family-run restaurant in Palermo; Spano ristorantino; we went back three times And a special word for a special person Dante. What a lovely bloke! He makes the croissants himself in his kitchen at home...and presumably the lovely scrambled egg too. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the 500 year-old Porta Nuova is a sight to behold. Best part of the day; I will never forget it The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Location is a bit noisy, I have to say, with busy carabinieri nearby (so reassuring to see them all over Palermo unlike London where there are no police whatsoever) but worth putting up with the noise for the convenience of being so near the centre. A beautiful small hotel (not boutique expensive type) with wonderful staff. Highly recommended

The room was nice and spacious, it was a little noisy during the night but that’s to be expected in a city. The location was amazing, the breakfast was quite basic so we only went to this once but the terrace was beautiful. The only feedback we had was when we went out the cleaners turned off the AC and opened the window slightly, so we felt like we had to blast the AC to get it to be cool enough when we got back, rather than just having it on a constant temperature

The service in this place was amazing. My mom got food poisoning on the first day of our trip, and the owner (?) Checked up on us and brought us things we needed. When we couldn't use our phones, she let us borrow hers to cancel a food tour. Over all, amazing stay and I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
