The room was a reasonable size. Almost everything in the hotel needed updating. The shower was oddly shaped and small. No matter what we did it leaked onto the floor. We needed more toilet paper; we had to ask for it 3 times.There were almost no drawers in the room. An uncomfortable situation. The breakfast was not good. Almost no fresh fruit, watery scrambled eggs. Lots of pastries.

The staff was very nice and checked us in early and the staff at the breakfast was super nice although the food quality was limited and it was hard to tell what the different items were. The room was very small and had no decoration and felt dirty and needed renovation. The location was great.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Best Western that cost me over two hours of my vacation due to a booking error — clearly a Best Western mistake, not mine. The notes on my reservation fully supported that I had done everything correctly. This issue should have been handled internally by the hotel and corporate staff, without my involvement. Instead, I was forced to spend valuable vacation time waiting for calls and emails while staff at the hotel continued to press for additional payment, despite the clear evidence to the contrary. The situation was unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. The staff could have been far more understanding and professional in resolving an issue that was entirely on their end. The hotel is in a great location, which is its main highlight. However, getting an espresso or cappuccino — surprisingly — is very difficult for an Italian hotel. There’s also a €10 surcharge for breakfast, which really isn’t worth it. The coffee is basic drip coffee, and the breakfast itself is just okay. You’re better off skipping it and enjoying breakfast at one of the nearby cafés instead.

The rooms are not quiet, so as specially cleaners doing so much noice while they start clean to other rooms from 7 am.

It's okay. It's a bit like a small hotel with a restaurant. If you are on a business trip and have a low budget, you can choose this hotel. It has basic facilities.

The room is a bit small but clean, the facilities are acceptable, and the location is not far from the train station and the theater, which is quite convenient.

I was going to book this hotel for my mom but after reading the reviews this place sounds difficult to deal with. Not sure I want the headache 🤔 or want to book it paying extra per person is nuts doesn’t happen where I live at the best westerns you pay for the room and how many people you have is your business as long as you aren’t causing a disturbance. Just saying 🤷🏽‍♀️

Good points for the hotel are that the local area is quiet, hotel has good quality beds and rooms are clean. We were given a small cramped room no 204, but outdated decor. No soaps, or creams provided just shower gel in a squeeze bottle. Weak a/c unit and the walls were very thin which meant you heard everything thru the walls. The 45 cm balcony is useless as no space to sit, no chairs or table. The staff are friendly and no doubt the operator is taking advantage of the Best Western brand but not entirely living up to the standard. It is tricky one to rate as the location is out of the city center and suited us, but at the price I would have expected more amenities in the hotel and more space and accessories in the room.
