Nice room in a good area close to buses and other transport to get you to historic Center, beaches and airport. Friendly host too
Quirky. The room was nice enough. One of three secure rooms in an apartment. Nice bathroom and bed. A little difficult to get in initially. Five keys total required, but after day 1 not a problem. We were’t able to figure out the Metro to city center so took a cab for 20 Euros. Amazing city. Had a private tour through GetYourGuide which was terrific.
Very kind and helpful ... strategic location ... close to public transport for both the city center and the sea area
The best B&B and rooms in central area of Palermo
Excellent structure, with attention to detail and very comfortable. The rooms have nothing to envy of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. Maja and her husband are exceptional and caring hosts with whom it is pleasant to converse and who will come to meet you to make your stay in the magnificent city of Palermo perfect.

Initially, there was good communication with staff. He sent us detailed information on how to get there and was pleasant.
Unfortunately, there was no hot water (yes, even after waiting a minute, which the owner rudely replied to another commenter). The second day I did not try to shower, so I'm not sure if it is constant. There are definitely enough reviews saying no hot water, so it for sure does...
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Palermo. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with nice city view. The price was affordable.
This was our base for three weeks. The rooms were spacious, and clean, looked like it had recently been renovated, and we had a small basic kitchen, which was enough to do some cooking in.
Every day they came and made the bed, every three days they changed the bedding and fresh towels.
They also have a roof top balcony to capture the beautiful breeze's and there is also a common open area that's undercover...
Place without breakfast, with a share refrigerator for Gastes. The location is perfect for wo love the night and go out to drink. Is very easy access to public transportation and historical sites at old Palermo town.
Fantastic location in the city center
Air conditioner and fridge
Very clean and good price
Eventhough our room was clean and cosy, and the staff very friendly, tourists should be aware that this hotel is located in a pretty poor and dark district of Palermo, with way-to-narrow streets, that make it pretty easy to get lost, specially at night. Not a pleasant experience.
Breakfast could have been more assorted as well.

Zona tranquilla, appartamento con tutti i confort.
Vicino alla struttura ci sono supermercati, panifici, ferramenta e un negozio cinese munito di tutto.
Parcheggio facile da trovare sia su strisce bianche che blu. Lo consiglio!
Beautiful apartment, immaculately clean. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two balconies. Great communication with host. Quirky little lift. Lively neighborhood, close to trams, metro, buses. Good selection of cafes, restaurants, pizzerias within walking distance.
Comparing with other hotels is Water Cold, it should be cleaner.
The view from the window on the wall with air conditioning that roars like an old 24h tractor.
A really worthwhile offer. Here it is pleasing way clearly upscale and managed with great care to understand the guest as such.
Very pleasant ambience paired with a very good location at reasonable prices.

Location relatively close to city center. Personnel very nice. Top floor family apartment is great (2 levels), I don't know about other rooms. Breakfast varied and tasty.
Take care where you park, location is in ZTL (limited-traffic area), thus you cannot easily park near the B&B. Choose the paid parking on the outer road near the port or pay the daily ZTL of ~5eur.
Bed and breakfast in the historic center of Palermo. The staff definitely friendly and hospitable. Initially difficult to find due to the lack of directions/signs.

A lot of good things to say about this hotel: the location, the professionalism of the staff, the cleaness.
Nevertheless, I don't recommend to pick a room without a real window.
This hotel desperately needs a renovation; it's incredibly worn out, and everything feels like it's past its prime. The room I got didn't match the photos at all; the window looked out onto some kind of dilapidated internal shaft. The furniture was old, and while the linens were clean, they had holes.
The breakfast area was in terrible condition, as were the chairs and tables. There weren't enough...
Well,
Location is so near with nearby attractions and you can walk around 10 minutes from the train station / bus station .
I love the hotel but make sure you bring your own mineral water because the tap water is likely not really good for drink :)
If you want kettle , you can ask to the receptionist
not bad. Good place, good management, they helped us every time.
Ideal location and a warm welcome. Thanks to the staff, our stay was perfect. The view from the rooftop terrace is very nice (cf. pictures).
The breakfast was simple but varied.
The location couldn't be better and the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner is incredible. The food is very good too. The staff were kind and helpful. The only inconvenience was a leaky shower. I would definitely stay here again.

The building is located outside the tourist area, but literally 150-200 m from it, right behind the Norman castle with the Palatine Chapel. Family owned. Get WhatsApp for easy communication with the number. There is a language barrier when I went there in March 2024, so, if you online book, just bring a printout to explain that so you don't have to pay twice for no reason. Very nice people with family-style breakfast. Would recommend this location for solo or couple travelers. Amazing price and location.
Check-in was a bit flustered but got in eventually.
Room was very clean but up many stairs. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good the first day but for some reason the second day there was basically nothing. Guy running the breakfast wasn't very friendly but not a big issue.
Area was pretty dingy with trash all over the place and pretty loud. Overall not bad but likely wouldn't stay again.
-Location: the hotel is located in a downtown neighborhood but close to tourist attractions
-Service: the biggest issue we encountered was to check in the hotel upon arrival. However, the breakfasts there were lovely with scenic rooftop view and handmade beverages by the...

The most convenient way to get out of the airport is to take a shared taxi for 8 Euros. If you take a train or bus, you still need to walk a long way. It is quite tiring to push a suitcase on a gravel road for more than ten minutes.

The location was great! It was centrally located but the room was totally quiet, even when it was busy just down the street. The room was comfortable, with a lot of seating options. They secured us an airport shuttle for our very early flight, which was amazingly convenient! The only drawback for this property was the shower, which had very low water pressure and little hot water.
The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty with great coffee. My only issue was the stairs up to the room. It would have been helpful if there was a luggage lift.
very large and cozy, homey room. I loved the way it was furnished, with furniture that has some character and personality vs. standard hotel style. We felt very much at home in the space - 2 big windows, comfortable bed. Everyone we came into contact there was delightful and helpful.
