The walls are dirty in some places, some of the gaps between the tiles are discolored, the cracks are starting to appear in the shower floor. The room was crowded to the point that it was hard to move the desk chair out

My husband and I very much enjoyed our week stay at HOSPITALY HOUSE. It's a small hotel and in an excellent location, 10 minute walk to the historic town centre and the train station should you wish to visit nearby towns

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station in mostly quiet residential area. The breakfast is not included but well worth the price. Be sure to order the evening before

Place was super secure and lovely to be in and very pretty.

And that is the only chair there was in the room. The room keys are physical keys that you carry around with a little block that says what your room number is

The temperature control worked flawlessly (though removing the key card turns off the A/C so it is warm when you return)

I have traveled all over the world, Paris, Beijing, Frankfurt, Honolulu, Los Angeles, New York. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in my life. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful, and very courteous

Ok breakfast , my only criticism is that it would be nice to some fresh "local ". and finally, the owner available professional has provided us with detailed accurate information

I have a suspicion he is a perfectionist! Oh, it's on the 6th floor via the lift. Thankfully the friendly neighbours downstairs provided that essential piece of information

Since it is a two Star hotel of course the rooms are quite spartan, but they are very clean and spacious enough. The AC works, which is the most important part

Truly excellent structure, respectful, punctual and polite welcome, truly excellent hygiene, the owner of an out of the ordinary sympathy, located in an area where it is possible to get anywhere by taking only a few steps, excellent for those staying for competitions or for short weekends

Below the hotel there are immediately pharmacy, conad, various shops, the affiliated bar where to have breakfast (already paid with the room) and there is also a lot of choice and outdoor tables, then tobacconist, a little further up there are lidl and other things

You can see the whole city from the window and the rooms are cleaned daily. The bathroom is private and is excellent, comfortable is fine. The owner is a very nice person very helpful, kind and easy going

But still all around is full of stalls of delicious fruit and other things, also perfect for small souvenirs to take to friends and family

It is not, and doesnt pretend to be, a five star hotel. The rooms are perfect for somewhere to rest your head, comfortable and roomy, the location is excellent for getting around, right between two major roads

We were disappointed a bit for everything, I feel ashamed to be sicilian and to have made a big mistake

Traffic is a bit noise but I don't think you will find better value for money in Palermo

This rate is the best hotel to stay at. Rooms clean and comfortable, the city noise doesn't bother me. Also free wifi service history and the texture is very nice.

Nice rooms in a centre location. Clean and friendly staff but only two toilets to share in my floor made it uncomfortable when shower.

The room has high ceilings, gorgeous floors , comfortable bed, very clean and a stunning view from the balcony. I would return in a heart beat. Don't overlook this little gem , Maria will make you feel just like at home

It's extremely important to me. They kept my place extremely clean and offered breakfest in my room! Mahalo nui loa (big thank you in Hawaiian) to the entire family here :)

Great location in the old City center all the sites are within walking distance, great host, clean rooms. Can be a little noisy at night but every major city in Italy is the same.

One thing I really have to mention is we accidentally left out coat in the closet but Giovanni helped us get it back at our next hotel! Grazzie mille Giovanni!

Had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located hotel in the heart of Palermo. The entrance off the street doesn’t do justice to the clean, modern and well equipped rooms and terraced breakfast area

However, Driving Is Absolutely Crazy in Palermo!!! The breakfast was adequate (not a lot of options. The room was spacious and could be dark enough to sleep all day

The headboard is made of fabric, which is not washable and therefore unhygienic. The air conditioning is noisy, so if it's very hot and you have to leave it on at night, it would be annoying

The soundproofing is terrible. The street on which the property is located, despite being in the city center, is not particularly noisy

A positive note: despite not being a hotel, but simply a room rental, the room was cleaned daily. The value for money is average

The interior is amazing (love how decor has been thoughtfully put together by Pia and Yuri), the property is very clean, the location is just amazing (the historical places, bars, restaurants, cafes, train station, bus station everything is within 900m)

Plenty of sinks and bathrooms. Loved the privacy curtain on each bed. Plenty of storage space like 3 shelves, even one with a lock they give you a key. Can store luggage before and after at no cost and they secure it

It's a great property and we don't know why there are complains of it being dirty or the staff being rude. My girlfriend pushed me to stay here especially because Pia had genuine responses to the bad reviews

Can walk from ferry 30mins and really a straight walk, however GPS has to many turns it doesn't have to be and a bus can take you back straight down the main street, buses are a few blocks away, like 4 mins

Art museum on the next block and with that being said it's going to be noisy outside. The other residents didn't shut the balcony doors so not much sleep for me, but it would have also been maybe to hot

The washrooms are spacious and have jetsprays as well! The most fun bit of Exclusive Dependence is Yuri, the owner. He took us out at night to party with him and has been a great host throughout

Nothing but good things to say about this place if you are staying in Palermo! It's very clean, nice furniture, quiet, has parking, grocery stores and cafe's nearby and helpful staff (some italian helpful here)

They have many size options and the pictures on their website are fair and accurate. We got the larger suite and it was quite spacious

I've always appreciated the warm welcome from the entire staff, as well as the cozy, clean, and well-organized apartments. The view of the city, including Monte Pellegrino, is always enchanting

It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Piazza Rugero Settimo where basically all the tourist activity fans out from. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice hotel in the heart of Palermo. BREAKFAST is very good and delicious! Rooms have their own design, some with small bacony, some different, nice. Everything is walkable, even the train station (without huge luggage)

Not only is it in a great location, you can walk everywhere, the hotel has a retro and elegant design, and there is also a There is a beautiful large courtyard to enjoy the sun and drink coffee

After comparing several hotels, this one had the best location and was relatively cheaper. It's a 10-minute walk from the Quadrilateral Square and even closer to the Massimo Opera House

The best thing is Fanny, the butler, who is the best we have ever seen. The perfect host not only introduced us to great restaurants, but also recommended us to a private place, a mansion of a Sicilian nobleman

Basically, you can walk to almost anywhere. It's located in an old Roman building. It's best to confirm your check-in time and apartment door password via email in advance

Marcelle is very helpful and only gets frustrated when i help and clean up after myself as my mother told me at a young age. 😀 we stayed for two days but it is worth staying longer as we could not cover a lot of things

Very nice B&B the owners I believe were extremely nice and contacting them via cell phone was no problem at all. I want to make a point of this because it can be scary worrying about this but “what’s app” works great

A perfect stay Marcello was very friemdly and professional. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Nothing was overly worn or in poor repair. The bed is comfortable and the room offers good space

The B&B was great and the location was close to alot of the transactions. We did need to use our car for the two days we were theresince things were eithin walking distance

The shower is clean, with ample hot water. The street is close to many sights and restaurants. There is a little traffic noise but nothing that will interfere with sleep!

Luckily had enough Italian to ask passing policeman to phone and not long after a VERY grumpy woman came and showed me to accommodation round the corner, gave me keys and disappeared

Rooms are clean and moderately siced, theres multiple towels and shampoo/soap. The minibar/AC are somewhat loud (sound turns on/off periodically) but you can still get a good night's sleep

It is also in one of the most central parts of the city from where you can go sighseeing, take a public transport to Mondello beach or visit another place in Sicily using a train or bus from the Palermo station which is some 500 meters from the place

When you first arrive you may think its a little close to the station etc however the B&B rooms are really quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful, WI FI great and the breakfast fantastic

We parked it at the city walls, side of the sea and we didn't have a "self-called" controller, who you have to give money

(Touristy spots) This place was spotless, secure and great value. Fantastic host and breakfast was fresh and tasty
