The hotel is well located in the center of Pantelleria, but the building is rundown. The lobby is shabby, the elevator has old, smelly, and dirty carpeting, and the mattress and pillows are very hard and old. Breakfast is meager, with burnt croissants and little else. I strongly advise against it.

We stayed at the blue moon hotel for a week, the room was beautiful and spotless. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always available. The location is excellent for walking to bars and restaurants in the center of Pantelleria

The hotel is in a strategic location, with many amenities just steps away. Breakfast is served in a small room overlooking the harbor, offering a breathtaking sea view. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and it's hard to find anything like them. They gave me advice on everything and were incredibly helpful with public transportation information. Excellent breakfast! The room was very nice and equipped with everything you need! A very positive experience. Recommended!

The only positive note is the location and I underline the only one.
Dirty, unkempt hotel, bad smell everywhere, terrible breakfast (even the rusks were out of date), no bidet in the bathroom, stained sheets and much more.
A transparent envelope also disappeared.
I won't add anything else

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week, which was too short... wonderful room with a view of the port, central location well served... excellent cleanliness!!! Let's move on to the fantastic breakfast, there is everything and more, Mrs. Francesca, an extraordinary woman, spoils her customers in the morning!!! Then we have the owner Alessandra Valeria and Andrea, people who are human at heart and always available to meet customer needs!!! We had a wonderful time!!!! Pantelleria an island of dreams ❤️🩵❤️

The hotel is right at the port of Pantelleria centro, which means you can quickly get off a boat trip and reach your hotel room in no time. It also means that if you dont want to face the dark narrow streets of the island at night to go for dinner, there's plenty of restaurants just outside of the hotel. Cannot recommend the location enough. Breakfast items were fresh, and there was great attention to the guests. The rooms were also incredibly clean. Staff even changed our sheets three times when most hotels don't bother at all. I would recommend taking the sea view rooms. You will not regret it!

Very good location, beautiful view over the port of Pantelleria, the guys very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, a bit of general maintenance would be needed, especially in the common areas, and perhaps a little more cleaning ...
The rooms on the other hand are spacious and clean.
