I’ll start with the good— Margherita. What a wonderful person and host. She went out of her way to help us with the issues we encountered and was just so kind and warm. I feel badly to say anything negative because she was so helpful, but these points are important to share. This hotel shouldn’t have a four star rating. It is very basic. Our room was quite run down, very small, worn furniture, dark bathroom with a very weird shower. But— The biggest issue is the parking. There simply isn’t any. The nearby lot is always full, and the street parking is impossible. I’d suggest not booking here if you are driving. The location is good for restaurants and access to town. And breakfast was good.

We loved our stay at novecento. Lovely room, fabulous vaulted ceiling. Very friendly receptionists. Central location, close to restaurants and centro storico. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed very comfortable. Quiet at nighttime

Great hotel, the only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was a delight.

Perfect position, beautifully converted, very helpful staff and a great breakfast. Hard to know what they could do better. But beware driving there, tortuous streets and satnav goes bonkers.

Friends stayed here. There is a delighful courtyard, staff were charming to us as visitors. An oustanding building. However, as a result of friends review, only 3 stars.
