Quite, nice, good breakfast, not fancy but great for the places nearby. Bus stop, restaurants, coffee shops and the mercato.

Ten minutes walk from the Florence train station. Very good location with lots of shops, restaurants of international cuisines and other amenities around. Very friendly, helpful owner, provides breakfast. Dated building, well kept, cleaned and tidied up daily. Has a fridge and hair dryer. There is TV in every room. Plenty of towels.

Price/quality very good. Location is very good too, near the Santa Maria Novella train station and 5 minutes walking to the center.
Although the look and feel is old, its not a problem. Breakfast was very good too. We even had a kitchen and a fridge, so we cooked pasta 2 nights.
