Wonderful place to Stay.
And beautiful room with the masterpiece paintings all over.
A modern and yet a very antique space, with a good sense of humor, and with a history.
Great location - max. 15 min by foot to almost everything, inc. train.
We loved staying here.
Very good breakfast included. Hot Radiator in the bathroom is one of the best things to make life of a traveler much better.
Highly recommended!

Stayed for 5 nights, its a chilled, quiet yet super convenient hotel with a bit of fun and luxe. Friendly staffs especially the ladies working on the breakfast. Small breakfast spread but have everything I love - eggs, crispy bacons, juice, cold cuts, cheese and very delicious fruits. My room felt very new, located on 1st floor where the superheroes greeted me every morning, Windows open to inner courtyard so very quiet. Hardly heard the reno works next door but we were outdoor mostly.

The rooms were fine. The lobby was spectacular. Palm trees made from tires. Beautiful. The service was wonderful. Our bags were late into Firenze, and the manager did everything in his power try to arrange their delivery. We were out to dinner when they arrived and the staff delivered them to our room. The location on Piazza Santa Maria Novella was beyond belief. Every morning the Piazza would be jammed-- a slight exaggeration-- with tours. How beautiful it was though.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast with delicious coffee and cappuccino and a bar w drinks in the evening. Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. Our last morning we left for an early flight and they gave us bags of food with snacks for breakfast which was very thoughtful. I would recommend!

Stayed here for 4 nights in November 2025. Perfect location, beautiful design and wonderful staff. Breakfast buffet very nice. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff were somewhat friendly, but the room was extremely noisy due to ongoing renovations with constant drilling and hammering. The air conditioning was extremely poor, the breakfast area was far too small for the number of guests, and we were given only one key for three people, which was very inconvenient. There is no policy or effort to address guest complaints. Very bad experience – never again.

Fantastic experience! Staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating! Breakfast is really good and rooms have great AC. Highly recommend, especially for first time Florence travelers!

The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants and not far from several major attractions in the city. We drove there; the roads into the old town are very narrow, so novice drivers should be careful and avoid renting large vehicles as turning is very difficult. The hotel offers valet parking, which will park your car outside the city; please inform the front desk half an hour in advance if you need to use your car. Parking costs 48 euros per day, more expensive than listed on Ctrip, plus a city tax of 14 euros per day; see photos for details.

Amazing three nights at Garibaldi Blu. The entire staff was amazing. They offered suggestions for our visit, solved any problems we had and helped us as needed. Our bartender was a very friendly lady and my wife and I enjoyed talking to her, having a drink at the bar or sitting in the massive lobby.
Everything worked in the rooms and we have a very comfortable night.
The location is perfect. In the middle of Santa Maria Novella Square. Driving in was a challenge but the website and emails prior to arrival got us to the front door safely.
I absolutely would stay again.

The hotel boasts a prime location, is clean and quiet, with various restaurants downstairs. It's incredibly close to the train station and within walking distance of all the attractions. The best Chinese restaurant is also just over 200 meters away, making travel, dining, and accommodation extremely convenient.
