A trip with my husband! It was worth the hard work to find this place. The price was reasonable compared to other places in the area, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

It was a very nice day, we loved the convenient location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff in the main area never smiled.

We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and clean. We had a rooftop view of the Duomo and our own hot tub and terrace. Breakfast was fabulous and hearty, exactly what we needed for sightseeing all day. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Orcagna and would stay there again!

The deluxe room was very spacious. The breakfast was a little modest but adequate for its star rating. The location is excellent; you can't get closer to the city center without being inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Upon check-in, we were informed that parking was unavailable, and they didn't even allow us to try, forcing us to park on the street. Given their apparent inability to efficiently manage space even in their luggage storage room, I strongly suspect parking could have actually been accommodated. This was extremely frustrating.

Major tourist attractions (Florence Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Signoria Square, etc.) are within 30 minutes on foot. 25 to 30 minutes. It was difficult to use the jacuzzi, but I was able to take a hot spring bath while looking at the night view of Florence Duomo. It was nice to use the bed (bedroom) for a family of 5, but the shower and toilet glass was see-through, so it was a bit disappointing. It was nice to have a terrace in the outdoor bath area. There was steam(?), so my piled laundry dried all in one night. Light clothes can be completely dried. Great value for money. It is stated as a 2-star hotel, but the reviews say it is comparable to a 4-star hotel.

It was a great stay. The location is good. In half an hour, everything is in walking distance. The breakfast was good. The room was maintained, spacious, and clean. The only thing was that the room was not ready at 14:00, which was the promised check-in time. I had to wait till 14:45.

The room is okay, the breakfast is rich, but it's a bit remote. It's far away from Michelangelo Square and the Hall of Flowers. My legs are broken. There's no street view outside the window. It's too expensive.
