Antico Granaione in Rapolano Terme

I'm very sorry to write this review.
The staff is very nice and very professional. The breakfast was okay, the location is pretty good (very nice village) and the parking is free (2 min walk only). The price is okay.
But, the rooms are far away from being hotel rooms. There is simply 0 soundproofing. I barely slept the 2 nights I spent there because of the very noisy people next room (speaking very loud at 11pm, phone ringing, and snoring so hard that it was impossible to sleep even with ears protection (I have never heard something like that in my life, I'm not exaggerating). Of course it's not the staff fault to have such customer, but the rooms of a hotel shall be a minimum soundproof. I mean you can have the best service, the best breakfast, ... If you can't sleep well, you loose the primary functions of a hotel. I'm really surprised that there is only a few people mentionning this issue. It is really a big house with walls to separate rooms, but there is no strong junction between walls and roof so the sound goes over the wall as if the person was next to you. We can easily hear people in corridors.
Also, I can mention the heater not working (already seen in another review meaning you don't take care of the issue), no body soap but only shampoo, random water temperature a some moments, ...).
When I was taking a shower, the soundproofing was so inexistant that I was hearing the people newt room as if they were sitting on my toilet.
I'm very sorry but not being able to sleep is a no go for me ... It really made difficult this work trip and meetings I had because of the fatigue.
