Hotel Holiday in Montecatini-Terme

Poor two stars, mold and moisture on the walls in most rooms, prohibition of drinking alcohol in the hotel (when bringing beer to the hotel, I was told that you are not allowed to drink alcohol in the rooms, but you can in front of the hotel or on the hall on sofa at the exit of the hotel ... There is no such prohibition the regulations... Poor food, 4/10 on the first day cold fries a piece of chicken meat and spinach... not only poor quality, but also poor portions... and surprise that no one wants to wait for dessert... for an apple. it was "clogging up" with pasta. On the next day, the food was better prepared after the interventions. But very nice surroundings + room service :) I don't know why the hotel gets 3 stars in Italy ... but probably for the air conditioning that doesn't work or there is no remote control, and wooden windows with blinds characteristic of Italy ? or WiFi working only close entercance? ...

We had booked at the Hotel International through Booking, we arrived and they diverted us to the annex which was the Hotel Holiday.
Bad everything!
The room was an attic. The bed wasn't a double bed, but basically consisted of two cots. Even a 5/6 step ladder to go to the bathroom.
The breakfast consisted of croissants wrapped in cellophane, packaged sweets cut into slices. As for the coffee... forget it!!!

Awful. I don't know how other rooms are but ours was the worst room I have ever seen. It was on ground floor and had a moldy and musty smell, mold was visible on walls and ceiling. Moreover, it was cold.
Breakfast was also terrible, small choice, worst coffee ever.

Loud music on the streets until 12.30am, bought a parking ticket on the street and got my car removed because there was some thing, the staff should have warned us since they sold me parking ticket! 200euro fee!!
