I stayed in a really lovely, cozy, and well-maintained attic. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a few days of peace. The location is also excellent, ideal for exploring the beautiful Etruscan Coast. The property is well-organized and the staff are friendly. A truly positive experience, one I'd definitely repeat!

We stayed on vacation for a week. I have to say the location is excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, we truly felt at home. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. If I really wanted to nitpick, the apartments aren't very soundproof. In fact, we had a few arguments with some neighbors downstairs. This certainly isn't the location or the staff's fault, but rather the ignorance of some people. Despite this, we had a great time, and the building is perfectly located between the sea, the nearest supermarket, and the center of San Vincenzo. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to others. 🤙🏼

Spacious apartment in a very quiet area, yet convenient for beaches and restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of supplies for the first few days, comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved, but overall acceptable. Spacious balcony and lovely outdoor space with plants on the ground floor. Easy street parking. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to any needs. Good value for money. Recommended.

Very kind staff ... very nice reception and owner ... on arrival (early afternoon) the apartment was ready..spacious spotless with all the necessary crockery linen ... air conditioning .... initially we had to stop x a week then we could they had availability and we stopped a few more days ... a few steps from the center and about 5 km from the dog beach (family with child and bulldog) .. beautiful holiday ...

Great stay, nothing to say. The reception is only open in the morning but there are references from the owners for everything. Even our dog had a great time, nice and quite quiet apartment. There was only a small glitch with the bathroom drain which was promptly fixed by the owners. Possibility to leave your luggage at the reception once you have left the accommodation, quite close to the town center. The only suggestion I would like to give: perhaps a private parking would be needed, because those on the street are not always free and if one arrives with a car full of luggage it is not exactly the best.

I rented an apartment for just one night. the staff are very kind and extremely helpful. the apartment was very large and very clean. the only discordant note were the mattresses and the bed bases, they were in such pitiful condition that they made it uncomfortable to rest. however the availability of the owners is worth considering the structure for holidays
