We arrived early and were met by Luciana, who said our room was ready. The B and B is upstairs and no lift, if you have heavy luggage. Luciana was very welcoming,friendly and helpful. Our room was decent size with a good bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Breakfast is preordered and left outside your room on a tray. There is a small table and chairs in the room. Location was good, just over 10 min walk to the centre along a pleasant shopping street. Only negative is, there were no cups or glasses, so nothing at all to drink out of, which I’m sure is an easy fix.

We had a lovely experience staying here for two nights. The woman who runs the B & B, Luciana is so kind and offers helpful information, beautiful rooms and a delicious breakfast! The B & B is walking distance from the Piazza il Campo and we even enjoyed our walk from the train station (about 20 minutes) to the booking upon our arrival. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

A kind and wonderful host, a simple place, comfortable, secluded, and reasonably quiet. Situated between the bus/train terminal and city center, it is a short walk from everything. Located on a side road, this would be easy to taxi to as well.

We had a great time! Luciana is a welcoming and helpful host. Large, clean, comfortable and quiet room. Simple bathroom with all comforts. Perfect location, just outside the historic center within walking distance and close to free parking. All anticovid measures are respected to the letter. We would definitely stay there again!

I spent two nights at The Embroidered Blanket b & b, and it is truly an exceptional place. The very kind and caring owner, the b & b is in an excellent position just a few minutes walk from the historic center. The large and spacious room, spotless and comfortable, a spacious and clean bathroom. The breakfast was served in the room, very good and plentiful, with fresh croissants from the pastry, coffee, milk, fruit, jam, bread, biscuits .... All excellent! What can I say except thanks to the lady for her kindness, a place to come back for sure!

This was beautiful Bed & Breakfast! Luciana, a very helpful and friendly host, let us check in early to our huge, welcoming room. It was a corner room with two large windows. Breakfast was brought up to a room outside our door. This B&B is just inside the Old Town restricted area and is a pleasant walk into the old center of Sienna.

The innkeeper was very rude and less than helpful. I came looking for my mother, a guest at the time, and was treated as though I was interrupting her and came to steal something. Granted, I speak very little italian and she spoke very little english so there was likely much lost in translation. The grounds were beautiful but I have no patience for those who work in customer service but hate their customers. I was there for less than 5 minutes before curtly being showed the door and have it slammed behind me.
