Hotel Rio in Umbertide

Director of the structure extremely rude and unfit to perform this function. Room without being able to open shutters lowered and missing mini bar. Internal telephone not working. Extremely inadequate rest. Not recommended for anyone who wants to go to the industrial area for work reasons despite the extreme proximity. The only positiveness really demonstrated can be attributed to the two ladies present at the reception. The Director does not measure up to the performance of the assigned function. He allowed himself to disturb our stay by knocking hard on our room door and then on our exit from the hotel he didn't have the courage and education to come out of the office to talk about his rudeness.

It costs little and is worth even less.
Dated hotel, faded and stained carpet, old and broken blankets and bedspreads, roller shutter that does not go down.
The state of semi-abandonment is already well understood from the outside.
The only positive note is the courtesy of the reception and the cleanliness of the bathroom.
