Aurelia

I gave one star because otherwise I could not review but it does not deserve any. First of all, the structure has been closed for years, an old sign with telephone numbers to which no one answers, refers to an imaginary Ave hotel. Too bad that those who manage it only open when it suits them. Hotels.com, the site from which we booked, stayed one night as if we had stayed there, while instead we risked staying on the street. Terrible

Giulia

Completely unprofessional, I booked months in advance according to their availability since I was using a Smartbox (and as you know, those who use the smartbox are not treated like other customers), and I was offered to change hotels (obviously to a worse one) without even giving me the reason for the cancellation 2 days before departure.
Very unprofessional, sorry to say!

Francesco

It looks like an unpretentious hotel, and it really is. For a conference I stayed in the structure. The room was clean but shabby; there were patches on the walls, the shower head not working perfectly, and little things like that. For the meals I must say that everything was excellent, too bad for the inadequate portions. The staff were courteous and helpful.

MARCO

We stayed in this hotel for two nights booking with smart box. First of all they gave us availability almost immediately unlike other hotels in the area, the welcome and kindness of the owners is unique ... Room with not super modern furnishings, but with everything you need, also very spacious. Ideal hotel for those who go to the spa because it is one step away. I forgot, very good breakfast, too bad that on the last day we had to leave in a hurry to go to Romagna and we lost it. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING WE WILL BE BACK!!!
