Stayed here with my family for a few nights and it was a very pleasing experience. Breakfast was good and served promptly. The staff were very helpful with local tips and suggestions so we could enjoy the surrounding sights. There are some excellent wineries and things to see all about, so it was wonderful to stay somewhere central to all these places.
hotel is really not that great. The beds are just really awkward and flimsy. The bathrooms, well the mirror has some mercury behind it. The showers smell.
I was there one one night, but what I cna say... stuff was polite and generally nice... but that's was only nice.
Wi-fi didn't work. Food was ok but salad was outdated. I had a fiew brown pieces.
What was horrible - on our table worm walked. Maybe it was accident but there wasn't especially clean. Bathroom was neglected and shower was really (REALLY) small - maybe 60 cm x 60cm.

bad hotel ... heating was not working, bad breakfest too. after we told the owners that heating is not working in room,they did not do anything.
Answer: I hope the guests will read the reviews before they stay in your hotel. in the rooms was 17 degrees in December !!! If you think your guests are happy with that, you're wrong. I do not mean to argue with you but this is a suggestion. Based by your answer all I wrote is correct.

The worst hotel i have ever bean. Heeting dosnt work in rooms, brakfest is poor, i was with a group od ppl 5 of us, at tabel for 5 they putted 4 slice of salami, tv didnt work all on all i woudnt come back not even if they pay me
