This room was below an apartment where the resident never sleeps and bangs around all night. We didnt sleep for two days and couldnt wait to get out of there. Hotel has zero amenities and water in fridge is $15

It's alright, but there are so many steps to climb while carrying luggage. My goodness, it's nice, but these steps are really awful!

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. No elevator. WiFi was not strong. It is very loud. You could hear the people in adjacent rooms going up and down stairs, talking, opening and closing doors, running and moving furniture around.

Great property. Short walk from the water taxi. Nice common area for the rooms that accommodated 4 people. In walking distance to Gondolas, shopping, and eating.

Had a better than expected stay!!! The place was clean, well appointed and close to all! Easier access than I expected from the F. Te Nova stop and easy with a Vaporetto pass. Very helpful staff at the hotel associated with the suites. Very reasonable! Would stay again!!!

I didn't expect to find such great value in Venice. My loft room was spotless and spacious. The bathroom was large, with strong water pressure and hot water. It was the most satisfying stay of my 18-day stay in Italy. Transportation is also convenient. If you're driving, there's a company called Marive that can arrange parking on the main island and take you directly to the outer island pier, F. Te Nove. The hotel is less than a ten-minute walk away.

This is a place I carefully chose among the many expensive and old accommodations in Venice. And of course, I want to give it the highest score.
The spacious and high ceilings, comfortable and clean room and shower facilities, and friendly check-in desk were all perfect.
I didn't get to use the breakfast, but it seemed to be served in a public space at certain times.
I don't know if it was because other guests who visited on the same day were quiet, but it was very quiet and comfortable.
You have to climb a lot of stairs with heavy luggage to get to the room, but that's something that happens all the time in Venice :)
