The hotel's location itself is excellent. It offers great facilities for the price, but there were a lot of ants in the room. They seemed to be coming from the shower, and I found them on the bed as well.

The room was tiny, and the furniture was quite old. Plus, we were given a room on the ground floor right in front of the reception, which made it pretty noisy. The shower design was really flawed; water would be all over the floor after a shower. Breakfast was decent. The biggest plus is its proximity to the train station, less than a 10-minute walk away.

Theres no elevator but I dont mind they put me in the second floor , first door to the right , nice carpeted hallway so you dont hear people talking …..nice room, nice bathroom, nice bed… smells good. its the Best! And its very quiet. I will miss the very nice smell and delicate texture of the shower gel. I left at 11:30PM and the narrow street is not dark at all.

There were people coming toward me on the narrow street that night.

This will be my hotel when I come back again.

The hotel's location was great, just a few minutes from the train station. However, the room’s facilities had much room for improvement. The bathroom’s condition was poor. First of all, the main light was not working, and the only source of illumination was the mirror light. We informed the reception, and they said they would probably fix it by the second day. However, the light was still not working on the second day, which made us question why they would assign a room with broken fixtures to guests. 

Secondly, the shower area was poorly designed. Despite closing the shower door, water still splashed out, causing the entire bathroom to become wet and messy. To make matters worse, the water did not drain properly on the second day.

This hotel was perfect. Location close to station and easy access to main paths. But also super quiet at night.
Breakfast was also great and had lots of options.
Will stay here again for sure.

Location, staff are fanatic. Just we stay in level 1 and there were noisy from outside. But great price. I’ll stay there again when I visit Venice

Really convenient location near the train station and ferries. Appears newly renovated, modern and clean. Friendly service. The room was a bit small with minimal area for bags to be opened. The air conditioner was centrally controlled and therefore the temperature of the room could not be adjusted.

Located near Ferrovia waterbus station and Santa Lucia train station. You’ll need to walk a lot or take the waterbus to other areas such as St Marks’s Square.

The staff were friendly and even provided us with packed breakfast as we had to checkout early in the morning (before Breakfast time).

The room was spacious - mini touch ups here and there will improve the room.

Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning train to catch next time :)
