Wonderful small hotel close to all attractions. I had a lovely room with a canal view! The free coffee in the lobby is a huge plus. Delicious coffee! Highly recommend this place.

We visited Venice for Christmas and stayed here in an annex apartment. It’s a 5 minute walk from Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Square. The apartment was perfect for our family of two adults and two children with two separate rooms. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Although we stayed in the Anex building (in the anex itself) the staff were super helpful and welcoming. The room itself was as you may expect in Venice, on the smaller side but it was a perfect location to explore from, just be warned if you book the (cheaper) anex room it is up 3 flights of stairs and the final set you may have to duck/crouch up and down them.

Outdated hotel with no on site resources. There was no hot water for the shower, limited outlets in the room, and all the towels and bedding are thread worn.
While pictures on line lead you to believe there are nice views of the city they are deceptive. I wouldn’t trust any review giving this hotel more than 2 stars.

This hotel is now part of Hotel Bella Venezia. Our place consisted of an apartment overlooking Campo San Luca and was amazing. Very specious apartment with lots of amenities. Amazing value for the price of a room. Service and staff from Bella Venezia was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out and use the hotel facilities before it was time to leave Venice.

Appendix rooms go out to the canal. Allegedly the only canal with a view of the campanile. Highly recommended :)
Friendly staff. The rooms are nice and clean, but a bit noisy.
We stayed with COVID-19 measures in place, so not all facilities were available.

We were not able to come because of COVID and the restrictions of coming from US.
We booked through a 3rd party and tried for 3 months to ask for refund. The Hotel would not refund our stay. Instead, we were asked to call the hotel to come at different time. We have no idea when we can travel abroad again, so it is hard to try to reschedule.
We saved for years to pay for this trip for my husband's 50th birthday and we hated to have it canceled.
Though I understand COVID was not something any of us were prepared for, we are disappointed that we could not reach a resolution for a refund.
The hotel is willing to let us use the funds to travel again within two years of the original date.
With COVID seeing second waves in some areas and still in the first waves with numbers rising, we have no idea when to try to plan another trip.

This hotel was very nice for this price range. It was centrally located and very clean. The staff were nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
