After I complained in the morning, they gave us another room at 9 AM only to take a shower. They admitted the whole system had been broken since the day before. I told them it’s unacceptable to give guests a room with no heating or hot water, and they still didn’t offer any compensation.
This completely affected our trip, we wanted to leave early to see the city, but because of the situation we left at noon, and I ended up with a bad cold. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
