I don't think you could ask for more from a two-star inn: our room, number 103, was spacious beyond expectations, furnished in typical Venetian style, with a small but functional bathroom and a shower. I don't like carpeting in the rooms, but the common room had parquet flooring, and there's a slightly dated staircase to the first floor where the rooms are located. For check-in and services like breakfast, luggage storage, etc., please contact Hotel Castello, which manages the inn and is located 100 meters away, in the same narrow street. We stayed here during the pre-opening days of the Art Biennale, and despite the unreasonable prices, this property maintained reasonable rates. The strong point, however, is undoubtedly the super central location: the inn is about a 30-40 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station and just a 5-minute stroll from St. Mark's Square!

Incredible place. . Loved the apartment. .it was very clean and it had everything you needed.. even a dishwasher! Really friendly guy on reception. Perfect location for exploring Venice. . 5 mis from St Marks

We stayed here 2 years ago with our family and couldn't have asked for a better location-near enough to all spots but on a quiet canal away from the tourists. The apartment was gorgeous and looked out onto the canal and San Lorenzo Church. The building and apartment were immaculate. It was a wonderful stay in Venice and this apartment was the perfect location for a couple or family.
