Excellent! Well located, exquisite staff!

Location - Good location to get around Venice and easy to reach all the main sites, it was about 40 mins walk from the bus / train station so just bear in mind it is a bit of walk with luggage as you have to go up and down stairs on the bridges. Room - Room was clean and spacious, also had air conditioning which was a welcome surprise. Shower was a bit small, my shoulders just about touched the sides (however I'm not the smallest of people), still did the job. Could be a bit more storage for clothes, if you had a lot you may have to keep some in the case. Breakfast - Breakfast was good, basic continental, but this was just right as there is so much to eat in Venice you don't want to get filled up on hotel breakfast. There is also a drinks machine that you can use anytime for free. Building is very nice, I was surprised at how big it actually is. Luggage storage was offered but we opted to use one of the lockers next to the train station, these were only €15 and you could fit about 4 carry on cases in each.

Staff are kind

Pros: proximity to everything, if you want to explore, you can change mid-day, rest, and take a shower before heading out in the evening; breakfast is sufficient to satisfy your hunger, 24/7 COFFEE 😀, bathroom is clean, easy entry at night, quiet neighborhood. Cons: close to everything, it's a shame not to go, which means more walking.

Nice place to stay while on a budget, and simply need a place to put bags and sleep while exploring Venice. Close to shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, giving tips for my stay.

The room is large, with high ceilings. The bathroom is a separate room, not very convenient, but good. Light breakfast, close location to St. Mark's Square. In principle, everything is good and if we are in Venice again, we will stay here.

The building was a converted church, so had high ceilings and lovely old beams. The lady at reception was really nice and provided us with a map of Venice. We had a twin room with a shared bathroom and both the room and bathroom was spotless. We were by a side canal, so very quiet at nighttime.
