Stayed at this hotel for one night, as we had an early flight and needed to catch the city bus early. Went to hotel before I checked in to ask a question about transportation and front desk was more than helpful! Clean hotel, safe, secure and convenient to train station/ water taxi.

This hotel is incredibly dated. The exterior looks like a small inn from a hundred years ago, while the interior evokes a revival of the 1970s. Let's start with the good points: the location is excellent, conveniently located for walking to the train station and back from the main tourist attractions. There are several restaurants nearby, and there's also a constantly busy supermarket nearby—in short, the location is excellent. The front desk was quite welcoming, showing me my room and explaining the amenities. However, the room itself was incredibly dated. Not only was it small, but much of the furniture showed obvious signs of rust and wear, revealing a building from the last century. The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling gave it a shabby feel, like a rural log cabin. Even worse, the window 🪟 had a locked iron barn, effectively preventing it from opening. No natural light could enter the room, leaving it pitch black from morning till night, making it impossible to tell the time. The shower was incredibly small, and I frequently bumped into the door while showering 🚪. The hair dryer was so old, with a very low speed, that it took ages to dry my hair. It was incredibly tiring and inconvenient. The hotel was so small that my room was right next to the front desk. The soundproofing was also poor. When I was trying to sleep in around 8 or 9 in the morning, the restaurant was right outside, and the noise of people talking at breakfast and the clinking of knives and forks kept me awake and forced me to maintain a regular routine. Overall, this hotel is only suitable for a short stay of one or two nights. It felt like a prison, with run-down rooms and old facilities that showed signs of having been used by many people.

The hotel was decent and centrally located, making it easy to get around. However, it would’ve been nice to have an espresso machine available. Initially, my bathroom toilet wasn’t working, but the staff responded quickly. The front desk lady called a plumber, though it was going to take some time, so she kindly moved me to a different room—which turned out to be even better.

The staff was very friendly and in particular Matteo. The room was clean and ready when I arrived which was surprising because I was early. It's in a perfect location if traveling by train.

The only comment I have for improvement is that better blankets would be good. A sheet and that very thin blanket were not enough.

generally clean! service is good too, they even gave u a map and tell u where to buy tickets! downside is u need to buy water and it's very ex. water to boil is still milky and dirty so advisable to buy water from convenient stores instead

The hotel is located about 400 meters from Venezia Santa Lucia Station. Turn left from the station and go straight along the road. It is a bit far from St. Mark's Square, but fortunately the entire city is connected to other islands, and there are nice views everywhere on foot. As a hotel on Venice Island, it is a sea city after all, so it is relatively humid. This should be the case everywhere. The hotel service is very good. The front desk will personally take you to the room and the hygiene is OK. It can be considered a pretty good accommodation experience.

Beautiful view. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Make a reservation in advance and take proof of it with you because when we arrived, the host told me I didn't have a reservation. The restaurant on the first floor has a different menu. Also, if you are not a hotel guest, the restaurant charges you an extra fee, which I believe is very unfair.

Great for taking pictures, food was mediocre at best, simple pasta with tomato sauce took 1 hour, the sauce was dripped into the pan out of a plastic bag (not fresh), steak was served cold and raw even tho we ordered well done, pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimp) was a bit salty. Very expensive and did not fulfill our expectations.

Waiter did not make us aware we could purchase wines by the bottle, even after asking, as he assumed we were there for the bar even though we had a dinner reservation and had food post drinks.
Food was severely sub-par for Venice, especially considering the price.
Great place for a sunset drink however; such a shame.

You have to buy drinks or food in order to enjoy the roof top views even a hotel guest. If guests could bring their own drinks to relax and enjoy the views it would be a different story. The hotel promotes this as part of their hotel, but it comes with a catch, you have to pay for the overpriced drinks or food to stay up there. We were better off having drinks from a near by kiosk and enjoying drinks on the canal. Plus we were able to have 4 drinks for the price of 1 than what the roof top bar was charging.
