The staff were very attentive, both the receptionist and the breakfast attendant. The triple room was very warm and had a terrace, although it was a bit neglected. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the pillows were flat and extremely uncomfortable; they should definitely be replaced.

A very well-located hotel, just two minutes from the Rialto bus stop. However, it's quite old, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Access is very difficult for families with strollers and people with reduced mobility. The bed was uncomfortable, and the heating was inefficient; one day it didn't work, leaving us cold, and another day it was on full blast, leaving us hot. The window in our room didn't close properly, and on our last night, the room flooded. The receptionist was almost never available.

Hotel Canada is in a perfect location, very close to the Grand Canal, Suso Gelato, and the historic bookstore. The place is clean and cozy, even though the building is old. You can leave your bags there before check-in or after check-out. The staff is very friendly. A great spot to explore Venice stress-free.

The hotel has an excellent location, about 200 meters from the Rialto Bridge, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot and also close to the Rialto boat stop.
The hotel is "spartan." We had a triple room; the room was small, and the bathroom didn't have a bidet. The bathroom was small, but it had a comfortable shower. The beds weren't the most comfortable; I think the mattresses were a bit dated, especially the one on the "campina," which was the third bed in the room. Breakfast is available at the hotel for €5 per person, and includes orange juice, a small sandwich, a croissant, jam, and a tub of Nutella. A hot drink (coffee/cappuccino or other beverage) is also included.
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
Overall, for the price paid, I'd say it's definitely worth it for 2-3 nights.

Small rooms but a good service. The place is perfect. It' s near St Marco basilica (apr 5 minute).

Perfect location, however, room is dark and very small, just a few space to walk around the bed. Door creeks, few moth fly in the toilet, and last but definitely not the best feature of this place is the stairway to heaven type of stairs, if you know, you know.

I liked the service, I left my things in the morning and went for a walk. They checked me in on time, the room is small, but everything for convenience is there. It is obvious that the bathroom has been updated. There were soap accessories, a hair dryer, towels. For breakfast, a croissant, 2 buns, jams, coffee. The location of the hotel is excellent. Of the shortcomings: it was a little dusty in the room, and it was also cool, but there are blankets and climate control.

The location is perfect.
However, you may need to go up or down stairs(3 level) by yourselves with your heavy luggage.
It depends on the staff who wait for you.
The bathroom is so close to the toilet so that it is difficult to shower in the small space.
However there is a bathroom for everyone on the floor.
The key didn’t work properly so that it took a lot time to enter into the room.
While the staff required us to leave the key whenever we go out, sometimes there weren’t any staff in the reception.
So we couldn’t get the room key.

Location was amazing, so easy to get anywhere.
What toh need to think about! This is a two star hotel, it isn't luxury, it is dated room was small, shower took a while to heat up, but!!!
It was perfect as a place to lay our heads after a busy day exploring, it was really clean even though needs alot of modernisation, I would happily stay again.
Breakfast was a crossing, bread roll and tea or coffee, whilst not the most amazing is enough to get you going for the day.
