Good size room, that looks recently renovated with a comfy bed. our room was on the ground floor by the front door but was quiet and safe. Only downside is the toilet is quite small and the shower box is in the bedroom. If you can live with this you ll have no issues at all.

Incredible place. . Loved the apartment. .it was very clean and it had everything you needed.. even a dishwasher! Really friendly guy on reception. Perfect location for exploring Venice. . 5 mis from St Marks

The staff was very friendly here. The breakfast was good and filling. It was an easy walk to all the main sites in Venice. The only downside was the Wifi wasn't strong enough to reach our room.

We stayed here 2 years ago with our family and couldn't have asked for a better location-near enough to all spots but on a quiet canal away from the tourists. The apartment was gorgeous and looked out onto the canal and San Lorenzo Church. The building and apartment were immaculate. It was a wonderful stay in Venice and this apartment was the perfect location for a couple or family.
